CENTRAL WELCOME VICE PRESIDENT OF SHIMIZU CORPORATION

In the morning of March 13, 2019, CENTRAL was honored to welcome Leaders – SHIMIZU Corporation, Japan in an intimate atmosphere at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the side of SHIMIZU, there was the leader of delegation who is Mr Terada Osamu – Vice President Group from Japan. The delegation also had the presence of Mr Kamiosako Hajime – Deputy Director of International Division, Mr Kashiwamura Akira – Head of Global Strategy Division and Mr. Matsumoto Takayuki – Shimizu Vietnam General Director. At the meeting, Mr Terada gave a brief overview of the Group’s formation and development process. Thereby, he also expressed the expectation in the near future will promote development focusing on the segment of building hospitals in Vietnam. Accordingly, he also wished that CENTRAL would be a strategic partner to accompany SHIMIZU for specific and long-term cooperation plans in the future.

In response to that trust, Mr Tran Quang Tuan – CENTRAL’s CEO sent a deep thanks and admiration to the SHIMIZU’s steering committees with the desire to have more opportunities to work, learn, and parallel in the nearest projects.

After leaving the office, CENTRAL’s steering committees has brought SHIMIZU’s delegation to visit some existing works in HCMC area such as Opal Tower with 42 floors in Saigon Pearl, UOA Tower by UOA Company (Malaysia) as an investor with 4 basements, 25 floors in Phu My Hung, … Through here, SHIMIZU’s steering committees have acknowledged and appreciated CENTRAL’s capacity through professional organization and construction. SHIMIZU believes that CENTRAL is the best choice for potential cooperation.

CENTRAL ORGANIZES TRAINING PROGRAM “LIFE MANAGEMENT”

In the series of training activities has been proposed in 2019, CENTRAL will accompany wit PACE entrepreneur school organizations courses about fostering professional expertise, skills for all members in the company.
On 21th March 2019, BOD and about 100 Managers in 3 regions the Northern, Central and Southern gathered to attend the “LIFE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM” at Lotte Legend Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The training session was taken by Mr. Gian Tu Trung – Principal of PACE Entrepreneur School and Director of the Institute of Education Development Research.

People often talk about Business management for a long time, rather than less when talking about Life management. And Behind a successful enterprise is a business to be managed well. CENTRAL ORGANIZED A GROGRAM TO HONOR WOMEN ON MARCH 8

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, March 8, 2019, CENTRAL organized welcome activities to honor the positive contributions of women to the development of the Company in the past.

The ceremony was held in a very poetic space in Binh Quoi 2 tourist area, Ho Chi Minh City. On behalf of the Board of Directors and male colleagues, Mr. Tran Kim Dien (HR Manager), Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son (Chief of Office), Mr. Mao Vi Cuong (Head of Safety Department) and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu (Head of Iso) has sent fresh flowers and meaningful gifts to the CENTRAL Beauties along with the best wishes and the most dear. Mr. Tran Kim Dien said: “Women play an important role in family life and especially work in a specific field such as Construction Industry, CENTRAL women in particular are extremely “Steel Roses” enthusiastic and dedicated. Present at Opal Tower, Emasi Nam Long, Akuruhi Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, we feel the urgently working atmosphere of brothers and sisters of Project Executive Committee and hundreds of workers who are directly working on the construction siteS. Everyone is eager to work with high determination, accelerating right from the beginning of the year. Taking advantage of the favorable weather in the early spring days, Executive Committee has mobilized to the utmost its forces, equipments, and construction machines to ensure the planned progress.

CENTRAL TO HOLD NEW YEAR CEREMONY

In the bustling atmosphere of flowers blooming with the bright spring sunshine, on the morning of February 10, 2019 (on the 6th of the Lunar New Year), CENTRAL organized a ceremony to celebrate the opening of the “New Year” at the head office in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi branch office and throughout the national construction sites.

In the New Year ceremony of 2019, staff received lucky money as a simple gratitude that General Director Tran Quang Tuan wanted to extend to everyone along with the message of “Wish all the staff a committed, progressive, eager to learn spirit to improve productivity, improve connection and discipline in the organization. CENTRAL WINS SYRENA 5 STAR HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE WEST LAKE, HANOI AND IMPLEMENTS THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANA MANDARA HOTEL IN CAMERA

Together with the joyful atmosphere of new year, CENTRAL opened the new year with the joy of success by winning the project ” SYRENA HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX – HANOI” by BIM Group – A reputational group in the field of Real Estate as an Investor (Investor).

Accordingly, the contract for construction of bored piles and wall construction, the completed structure between CENTRAL and BIM Group was successfully signed on February 1, 2019 on the last working day of the lunar year. The project includes 4 basements and 13 floating floors. SYRENA is designed by BNB Vietnam with a modern and luxurious style including Hotel, high-class serviced apartment, swimming pool, gym and utility restaurant.

In addition to the optimal design, SYRENA also possesses extremely favorable location right at West Lake, where it has modern transport infrastructure, invested and developed synchronously, convenient connection to the commercial and financial centers and many other areas in the Capital.
