On November 10, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Corporation in collaboration with Sun Group, held the Topping-Out Ceremony for the MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant Project on Hon Thom Island, An Thoi, Phu Quoc.

Phu Quoc Island has recently emerged as a new paradise for MICE tourism (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions, and Events), meeting all the essential requirements to become a top-tier destination for international events. The MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant is located within Sun World Hon Thom, home to the Aquatopia Water Park—one of Asia’s leading water parks—and Exotica Village Amusement Park, connected by the world’s longest three-wire cable car route departing from An Thoi Station in Sunset Town. By contributing to develop a series of projects across southern Phu Quoc, CENTRAL continues to play a vital role in elevating the “Dao Ngoc” into one of the region’s leading global hotspot for MICE tourism.
Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Le Tuan, Project Director of Sun Group, stated: “After nearly five months of construction, we have reached a key milestone—the topping-out of the project towards the project’s completion. Under the dedicated supervision of CENTRAL’s PMB, the MICE Convention Center & Mui Thuyen Restaurant project successfully reached its topping-out milestone on schedule. Despite challenges posed by harsh site conditions, complex terrain, and difficult logistics between the mainland and the island, CENTRAL’s team upheld the highest standards of professionalism, ensuring the project’s quality, progress, and aesthetics.

On October 31, 2025, in Duc Hoa, Tay Ninh Province, The consortium of Thang Loi Group, An Cuong Wood-Working JSC, and CENTRAL Construction JSC solemnly held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of The Win City Urban Area Project in Duc Hoa Commune, Tay Ninh Province. The event marked not only the commencement of a large-scale, modern, and well-planned urban development but also celebrated the success of the 1st Congress of the Tay Ninh Provincial Party Committee (2025–2030 term) — affirming the province’s commitment to sustainable urban growth in the new development phase.

Earlier, on June 20, 2025, during the strategic shareholders’ introduction ceremony, The consortium of Thang Loi Group, An Cuong Wood-Working JSC, and CENTRAL Construction JSC formally announced its cooperation to develop The Win City. Within the partnership: Thang Loi Group serves as the lead investor, responsible for strategic orientation and ecosystem development; CENTRAL acts as the general contractor, in charge of the entire structural, architectural, MEP, fire safety, and landscape infrastructure works, ensuring international standards of quality, progress, and safety; An Cuong Wood-Working JSC provides high-quality, eco-friendly finishing materials, contributing to a modern, comfortable, and sustainable living environment. This cooperation forms a comprehensive, closed-loop development process — from land acquisition, legal procedures, and planning to construction and interior completion — ensuring effective management of quality, cost, and progress.

In the first phase, the Victory Heights subzone will include 2,822 units, comprising 2,748 apartments and 74 shophouses, scheduled for completion between 2025–2027. Upon completion, the project is expected not only to address the region’s housing demand but also to contribute approximately 1% of Tay Ninh’s GRDP, providing significant momentum to the real estate market along the Ho Chi Minh City border. With a projected starting price below VND 1 billion per unit, The Win City aims to offer quality housing for young residents and workers in the Tay Ninh–Long An industrial corridor, while pioneering the development of affordable apartment housing in satellite cities surrounding Ho Chi Minh City.

October 18, 2025 — CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company welcomed a delegation from the University of Science and Technology – The University of Danang (DUT) for a working visit to discuss opportunities for collaboration, technological exchange, and academic–industry partnerships.
The DUT delegation was led by Mr. Le Khanh Toan, Chairman of the University’s Trade Union, and Mr. Vuong Le Thang, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering. Representing CENTRAL were Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh, Executive Director, and Ms. Cao Thi Diem Chau, Head of Human Resources.
During the meeting, representatives from Da Nang University of Science and Technology expressed a strong desire to foster closer collaboration with industry partners, particularly in technology transfer and practical experience sharing. Mr. Vuong Le Thang outlined the university’s new educational strategy, which emphasizes international integration and curriculum innovation to meet societal expectations. He also expressed hope that CENTRAL and other enterprises would continue to support students through infrastructure, technical facilities, and real-world learning opportunities to help them complete their studies more effectively.
On behalf of CENTRAL, Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh reaffirmed the long-standing relationship between the two institutions, which has laid a solid foundation for a forthcoming Strategic Cooperation Agreement. October 28, 2025 — The topping-out ceremony of Essensia Sky, an iconic project embodying the philosophy of “green and healthy living” in South Saigon, was held successfully and ceremoniously at 15B Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event welcomed representatives from local authorities, the Board of Directors of developer Phu Long Corporation, general contractor CENTRAL, as well as design, consultancy, and strategic partners who have accompanied the project throughout its development.
Marking a major milestone, the topping-out was completed 60 days ahead of schedule, underscoring exceptional project management, professional work ethics, and strong collaboration among all stakeholders. Since construction began in September 2024, the project’s structural works have been completed in just 424 consecutive days, thanks to the dedication of over 900 engineers and workers contributing more than 10,000 working hours. Throughout the process, CENTRAL conducted over 1,000 material and component inspections, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, and four independent acceptance reviews, ensuring all components met or exceeded international standards for quality and safety.
