On November 13, 2024, the ranking of the Top 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises in 2024 – Top 50 Vietnam The Best was announced by Vietnam Report to recognize and honor the 50 companies with the highest revenue in Vietnam, while also maintaining stable and sustainable business efficiency throughout the 2023-2024 period.

Purpose:

  • Develop TOP 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises  to become prestigious national and international symbols.
  • Ensure the principles of objectivity, science and independence  when building and ranking enterprises in  the TOP 50 Excellent Enterprises of Vietnam . Enterprises do not have to pay any fees to be included in the Ranking.
  • Promote and honor the brands  of enterprises in  the TOP 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises  to the community of investors, businesses, and consumers domestically and internationally, especially in the US, EU and Japanese markets.
  • Building the TOP 50 Excellent Vietnamese Enterprises Program  to help businesses cooperate, develop, have opportunities to expand markets and build global brands.

On November 8, 2024, the Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the online newspaper VietnamNet, announced the VNR500 Rankings – the Top 500 Largest Enterprises in Vietnam for 2024.

Central Construction Joint Stock Company is honored to maintain its position as the fourth largest construction enterprise in Vietnam for 2024.

This marks the 18th consecutive year that Vietnam Report and VietnamNet have published the VNR500 Rankings based on independent research and evaluation according to international standards, recognizing and honoring the significant achievements of companies with substantial revenue, which have maintained efficient and stable operational activities over the past period.

CENTRAL ORGANIZES THE 2024 NEW ENGINEER TRAINING PROGRAM

“Human resources” is one of the core values that Central prioritizes. The younger generation, with their innovative thinking, serves as an important asset that the company seeks to cultivate in order to contribute to sustainable development in the future.

On the morning of November 1, 2024, the New Engineer Training Program took place at Central’s Headquarters. In attendance were the company’s leadership and 50 top new engineers selected from leading universities specializing in Construction.

“Currently, many companies in the construction industry are facing challenges; however, Central’s situation shows many bright spots. Fortunately, the company still has numerous opportunities and comprehensive welfare policies for its employees. There is a continuous demand for new personnel to meet the needs of ongoing projects. Therefore, at this moment, each of us must appreciate and strive even harder. Evidence of this is that Central has provided opportunities for students while you are still in school and offered you chances once you become part of the Central team,” shared General Director Tran Quang Tuan.

Upon completion of the training program, 26 new engineers will be assigned to work in the Southern region, while the remaining 24 personnel will take on responsibilities in projects in the Northern region.

The program is scheduled to last for two months (November 1, 2024 – December 31, 2024), focusing on training across various areas including ISO, HSE, QS, QA – QC, Shop drawing, Equipment, BIM, construction strategies, and specialized training and practical experience in projects and departments. This aims to equip the new engineers with a strong foundation in operations and project management before they commence their official duties.

The dreams and aspirations, along with a spirit of lifelong learning, persistent efforts, dedication, and a passion for their profession will be the keys to their success, helping them to become multifaceted engineers—the promising future generation of Central.

Through specific insights and shares from the leadership, the new engineers confidently expressed their feelings about their work and the company environment from their internships, as well as their thoughts, aspirations, and goals upon joining Central. It is hoped that they will seize the opportunity to realize their personal development plans and contribute their youthful energy to the company’s achievements in the near future.

CENTRAL ORGANIZATION OF THE BASEMENT CLOSING CEREMONY FOR THE SUN SYMPHONY RESIDENCE PROJECT

On the morning of October 30, 2024, Central, in collaboration with the Investor Sun Group, organized the closing ceremony for the basement of the Sun Symphony Residence Project in Da Nang. This event marks an important milestone, recognizing the efforts and achievements of Central’s PMB, the project management team, and partners in implementing a high-class project along the banks of the Han River.

The Sun Symphony Residence Project belongs to the premium segment of Sun Group in Da Nang. Positioned opposite the city’s administrative center, it offers a favorable vantage point to enjoy breathtaking firework displays from the International Fireworks Festival. Central has undertaken the construction of the entire underground section of Towers B1.1 & B1.2, as well as the structural and finishing works for Tower B1.1. Notably, the project’s three basements were completed at a rapid pace within 150 days and nights. The tunnel closure was achieved ahead of schedule, ensuring safety and quality commitments to the Investor.

During the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Tuan Anh, Director of the Da Nang Board of the PMU, stated: “Today’s achievement is not only the result of those directly involved in the construction but also the invaluable support from leadership, partners, and our families, who have encouraged and accompanied us throughout this long journey. Each concrete block poured and each roar of the machinery serves as a testament to the perseverance and determination of everyone involved.”

On October 24, 2024, Vietnam Report Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with VietNamNet Newspaper, officially held the announcement ceremony for the PROFIT500 – Top 500 Most Profitable Enterprises in Vietnam in 2024 at Sheraton Hotel, Hanoi.

In the first three quarters of 2024, the Vietnamese economy has shown positive signals, marking a transition towards recovery with notable improvements in various indicators. In line with this trend, Central Construction Joint Stock Company has experienced remarkable growth in financial metrics and has been honored in prestigious rankings such as VNR500, PROFIT500, VALUE10, and VALUE500.
