Outdoor activities combined with training is a new trend that many businesses apply and brings a lot of new, interesting, and effective outcomes.
Recently, CENTRAL organized the “Time Management Skill” training course on 3 days 18,19, and 20/05 at the Head Office. The course attracted 120 staff participation from Sites to Departments.
As we all knew about “Time management”; however, comprehending and properly managing time at work is difficult.
This course contributed to raising awareness about the roles and importance of effective time management by applying the S.M.A.R.T goal, 4P rule, or Eisenhower matrix in working and lifestyle.
Besides, through stimulating and exciting activities, all of the staff had engagement and lively discussion that helped them to have more new perspectives on time management and self-management.
On 17th May 2021, CENTRAL held the HARUKA Ground Breaking Ceremony – low-rise apartment area 1DEF at TOKYU Garden City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

CENTRAL officially received a letter of acceptance to be the General Contractor for FULL PACKAGE contractor of the Happy One Central Project from Van Xuan Group Investor on 29 April 2021.
Located in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, Happy One Central is the project that CENTRAL had constructed the bored pile and diaphragm wall from November 2020 and finished on May 2021. During the progress, because of CENTRAL’s professionalism, drastic and high commitment, the Investor totally trusted and decided to give all the remaining items of the Project to CENTRAL as the General Contractor from the basement, structures, finishing, and MEP including Landscape, Facade, FULL interior, elevator system, Smart home, etc.
CENTRAL has given an optimal construction solution, along with the detailed consultation for the Investor so that the Project can be accurately calculated, as well as the optimized solution for bearing structure, saving time and cost.
