On the morning of September 17, 2019, CENTRAL & Investor Sovico Khanh Hoa Co. Ltd organized the Topping Out Ceremony of Evason Ana Mandara I&II – Ana Mandara Complex, Cam Ranh.
The ceremony was honored to welcome The Investor: Mr. Luu Van Son – Chairman of the Members’ Council Sovico; Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Nguyet – CEO of Sovico. Contractor representative – Mr. Cao Son Hung – Project Director; Mr. Pham Chi Hieu – Site Manager in common with Design consultant, Subcontractors and SMB project.

The project is built on an area of 48.000m2, Ana Mandara I&II include 2 hotel, each hotel has 8 floors and 1.300m2 for each floor. CENTRAL plays a role contractor: structure and rough finishing. The estimated to complete for hand over about the end of 2019.

The Ana Mandara complex with architecture bold Vietnamese conical. Therefore, the entire structure around the outside of the 2 hotels is curved, winding, creating unity with the whole area. Besides, the space used for each hotel floor is different. For the 6th floor, designed 4 rooms including 4 villa sea view swimming pool (230m2). The project promises to bring guests a unique space and a resort stay that is peaceful, relaxed.

This is a special item in the project, scaling up with 8 floors, 921 rooms with 5138m2 for each floor. Especially, the first floor has got 6m5 high and 5,493m2 acreage. The estimated time to complete is October 2020.
Project 2: THE AQUARIUM TANK AT VAP
This is the most important item in VAP, scaling up with over 16.000 m2 highest in Asia. As the construction has got a very complicated design, so the investor has invited Arup (UK), the world-leading designer, as a project designer – Arup is also the creator of Landmark 81.
The project has the shape of a turtle, which consists of many sacred meanings. An Aquarium tank is the place to raise the sea creatures such as sharks, sperm whales, etc, providing an exceptional experience to tourists. Another outstanding point of this project is water system is directly from the ocean.
Therefore, it would be an honor for the whole CENTRAL staff when VINGROUP wholeheartedly appoints for this large-scale project.

Scaling up 5000m2 wide, belonging to Phu Quoc Vinpearland complex. Here, CENTRAL plays a role as a general contractor: structures and finishing. The estimated time to complete is about 7 months.

Besides, BOD of CENTRAL, along with VINGROUP keeps making a commencement ceremony 2 Underground Water Tank with 60mx60mx8 high. These two are used for Phu Quoc Grand World 200 hectare wide.
To answer to investors, BOD of CENTRAL as well as all staff is on fire, focusing workforce on this project to meet the deadline timely, safely and high quality.

Then, from 8th to 25th of August, 2019, CENTRAL collaborating with plenty of top prestigious hospital such as Phap Viet Hospital, Manaco Healthcare (south), Medlatec, Hong Ngo (North), 22/12 – Khanh Hoa military (Middle), Vinmec (Phu Quoc) has held a general medical examination for the staff in 3 regions.

Therefore, on the first 2 days of the examination, the staff has been taken a test sample in the office/site zone. After that, depending on each region, the staff will participate in a full test such as optical, facial, throat, nose, teeth, jaw, skin, X-ray, etc. at each clinic, the doctors will diagnose and consult some potential symptoms. So the staff will plan up for healthcare and self-improvement. Besides, detecting sickness at the early stage for treatment.

The regular medical examination has become one of the company’s annual activities to care about BOD life, and it’s also a highlight of the Company’s Culture contribution. As a record, the activity has successfully inspired and boosted the staff’s working morale for better performance.
To carry out a meaningful Mid-Autumn Festival as well as bring our lovely children closer to CENTRAL. On September 12th, 2019 (Lunar August 14th), CENTRAL has held an event named Mid-Autumn Festival at Head Office located at 204/9 Nguyen Van Huong, Thao Dien Ward, HCMC.

In the event, as a BOD representative, there are Mr. Vu Duc Tai – Executive Director, Mr. Tran Kim Dien – HR Manager, Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son – Union President cum Administration Dept.; Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh (Manager Media Dept.), along with the CENTRAL staff’s children whose parents in Construction departments.
The event was successfully carried out with plenty of traditional Mid-Autumn Festival activities such as lantern parade, lion dances, riddle with Cuoi and Hang Nga, etc. In the event, our organizers have also given some meaningful gifts to double happiness on this special occasion.

Last time, in February 2019, thanks to the considerable effort for the best construction solutions, CENTRAL has successfully constructed a basement with 2 hectare widths for “Shangri – La Hoa Lam Project”. During the progress, CENTRAL has met all of the investors’ strict standards, let the project achieve schedule and quality. Therefore, the investors completely trust and appoint CENTRAL as a D&B General Constructor of:
1/ Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center
2/ The bridge connecting with 115 Gia An Hospital and CIH
3/ High Technology Medical Center Park with 1,5 hectares.
Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center
Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center – a construction with high specialization, built-in 5.000 m2 land. Especially, in this project, Shimizu has played a role as CENTRAL’s strategic partner, supporting experts in Japan in design consultation with the international standards which helps investors to save operational money and makes sure effective power lines in use. The estimated progress to put into use is in March 2021.
Related to Oncology & Nuclear Medicine Center, yesterday on September 6th, 2019, CENTRAL along with Shimizu’s hospital designers had a meeting with the Director of 115 Gia An Hospital, Hoa Lam’s investors to push the design progress.

Bridge’s perspective connecting 115 Gia An Hospital and CIH
Shangri -la Hoa Lam currently has 2 hospitals: 115 Gia An & CIH. The bridge which has got 36 meters long and 34 meters wide can connect and transfer patients between 2 hospitals. The estimated time to put it in use is December 2019.
For the 1,5 hectare Green Park – High Tech Medical Zone, CENTRAL has built whole landscapes. The park can be used for outdoor activities for both local people and Medical Zone. The estimated time for the initial stage to put into use is November 2019.
