CENTRAL COMPLETES BASEMENT B4 TWO MONTHS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE – UOA TOWER

After more than 5 months of continuous construction with high intensity, on May 17, 2019, the Site Management Board of UOA Tower – Phu My Hung, District 7 has successfully completed the last batch of works, ahead of schedule 2 months.

This is an office building project invested by UOA Company (Malaysia) with the scale 45,000 m2 of floor area: including 4 basements, 25 floors.

This is a very large foundation, so the Investor specifically requires strict technical and quality. According to information from the Site Management Board, the total volume of concrete required for the foundation is 1,400 m3 and about 200 tons of steel. In order to achieve the above-mentioned achievements, brothers and sisters in Site Management Board made constant efforts and followed the plan very carefully from the BOD.

Following the successful of close basement B4, Site Management Board urgently focused on executing the body to hand over the project as scheduled.

CENTRAL’S FIRST BASIC FIRST AID TRAINING COURSE IN NORTHERN

To improve basic first aid skills and to meet the standard of Medical Law, number 19/2016/TT – the CENTRAL safety department, combined with disease control lab of Ha Noi City, has carried out a basic first aid training course from May 22th to May 23th, 2019

Basic first aid plays an important role in enterprises. In the training, there are many presences of Northern basic first aid staff such as safety supervisors, construction supervisors, medical staff,…The employees are instructed the fundamental medical knowledge such as first aid, first aid on site, bandage, temporary hemostatic and fixed fracture techniques; Cardiopulmonary resuscitation technique, handling burns, method of transporting safe victims with or without stretchers for pre-treatment.

The basic first aid is illustrated by images, video with real-life situations, helping the staff learn better.

At the end of the training, the employees has successfully gained some first aid knowledge, supporting victim right in the workplace before the hands of medical staff. It helps minimize injuries, casualties and rapid recovery. All of the attended employees have been listed in basic first aid notebook in workplace.
