With the rhythm of the whole country entering the first working days of the Year of the Pig, from Feb11th2019, all CENTRAL employees have embarked on the work in the animated air and bursting with happiness all around construction sites and offices.

Present at Opal Tower, Emasi Nam Long, Akuruhi Tower in Ho Chi Minh City, we feel the urgently working atmosphere of brothers and sisters of Project Executive Committee and hundreds of workers who are directly working on the construction siteS. Everyone is eager to work with high determination, accelerating right from the beginning of the year. Taking advantage of the favorable weather in the early spring days, Executive Committee has mobilized to the utmost its forces, equipments, and construction machines to ensure the planned progress.

For the Northern region, although under the intense sunshine of the day, everywhere on the site, brothers and sisters of Project Executive Committee and the workers ran with time to accelerate construction progress with determination to complete the targets and plans. CENTRAL TO HOLD NEW YEAR CEREMONY

In the bustling atmosphere of flowers blooming with the bright spring sunshine, on the morning of February 10, 2019 (on the 6th of the Lunar New Year), CENTRAL organized a ceremony to celebrate the opening of the “New Year” at the head office in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi branch office and throughout the national construction sites.

In the New Year ceremony of 2019, staff received lucky money as a simple gratitude that General Director Tran Quang Tuan wanted to extend to everyone along with the message of “Wish all the staff a committed, progressive, eager to learn spirit to improve productivity, improve connection and discipline in the organization. Wish the staff Steady Power to continue conquering all the challenges on the way. We wish CENTRAL people always good health and great success”.

CENTRAL WINS SYRENA 5 STAR HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX IN THE WEST LAKE, HANOI AND IMPLEMENTS THE CONSTRUCTION OF ANA MANDARA HOTEL IN CAMERA

Together with the joyful atmosphere of new year, CENTRAL opened the new year with the joy of success by winning the project ” SYRENA HOTEL AND APARTMENT COMPLEX – HANOI” by BIM Group – A reputational group in the field of Real Estate as an Investor (Investor).


Perspective of SYRENA Hotel and Apartment Complex

Accordingly, the contract for construction of bored piles and wall construction, the completed structure between CENTRAL and BIM Group was successfully signed on February 1, 2019 on the last working day of the lunar year. The project includes 4 basements and 13 floating floors. SYRENA is designed by BNB Vietnam with a modern and luxurious style including Hotel, high-class serviced apartment, swimming pool, gym and utility restaurant.

In addition to the optimal design, SYRENA also possesses extremely favorable location right at West Lake, where it has modern transport infrastructure, invested and developed synchronously, convenient connection to the commercial and financial centers and many other areas in the Capital.

Reportedly, BIM Group also owns famous brands such as Intercontinental Phu Quoc Resort, Green Bay Village Ha Long, Phu Quoc Marina Water Park, etc. and CENTRAL with prestige and practical experience through the project of resort projects and villas all over the country, it is expected that this project will be the first milestone to mark the good cooperation between CENTRAL and BIM Group. The project applies Full TOPDOWN construction method with construction period of 10 months.

The second project is Resort ANA MANDARA Hotel in Cam Ranh whose the Investor is Sovico Khanh Hoa Group (also the owner of Vietjet Air). Project scale is 30 hectares. CENTRAL undertakes the construction of two high-rise hotel buildings in this project.

ANA MANDARA is one of the most luxurious resorts in Cam Ranh area. At present, CENTRAL has completed the erection of tower cranes and necessary preparatory works to be able to immediately start the main works on the first days of the Lunar New Year.

In addition, after the successful cooperation of Alma Resort project in Cam Ranh, on the last 28th day of the lunar year (February 2, 2019), Alma decided to award another contract CENTRAL for INFRASTRUCTURE package in the project with the value of over 4 million USD.
