Following the success of YEP in Ho Chi Minh City on January 10, 2019, CENTRAL concurrently organized YEP for all North Region staff on January 18, 2019, at Almaz Vinhomes Riverside Convention Center.

YEP is an opportunity to meet and connect the spirit of solidarity of a whole group. Speaking at the ceremony, CEO Tran Quang Tuan sent his sincere thanks to over 250 Northern employees and representatives of close investors, partners and customers who have always accompanied the development of the company in recent time. Yes, the night of January 18, 2019, is a memorable night for the Northern staff. The night that everyone sat together, clenched their fists, burned hard in the music. After all, what remains in the memories of each member is a better understanding of each other, love, and compassion under a CENTRAL roof. And hidden deep in the mind of each person, it is an implicit promise for one year of 2019 to make further efforts, bringing CENTRAL to new heights.

At 18:00 on January 10, 2019, in Gala Center, CENTRAL successfully organized the Year End Party (YEP) with the theme of “Strengthening internal forces – Conquering the challenge“. As one of the most important events of the Company, the YEP took place in a joyful and emotional atmosphere with the presence of close Customers and Partners and 650 employees in the Southern and Central region.

At the party, General Director – Tran Quang Tuan extend to the precious guests and all employees of the company and family the best wishes for a happy and happy new year! The General Director emphasized, “To achieve the results today, it is thanks to the consensus of all of you here ” and look back “The miracles that we created from sweat, effort, hardship, the commitment of warriors”.

2018 is considered a success for the Company. Many projects were started and completed ahead of schedule. The investor acknowledged and highly appreciated the professional working style, along with a high sense of responsibility and reputation from Central people. Thereby, the Board of Directors of the Company recognized and honored the contributions of individuals and collectives who have always been attached to every development step of CENTRAL.

Joining the atmosphere of YEP is the special music performances from the competition “Central Got Talent 2018” attended by employees of the Departments, Boards, and Sites. The repertoires are elaborately staged, the stylish performances have brought an extremely exciting atmosphere to the party.

In addition to the talent show competition program, Organizing Board also announced the awards of the “Central Photo Awards 2018” contest. This is the first year of the organization, but the competition has attracted a large number of employees, thereby showing every view of a very close, rustic, and honest CENTRAL with many remarkable stories and moments.

Besides the local repertoire, there is also the participation of famous singers like Vo Ha Tram, The Zoo band, which brings cheery moments as well as warm applause.

The atmosphere of the party night became more and more exciting, filled with more emotion with the repertoire of “Lucky Draw”. A lot of prizes in kind have been awarded to the lucky owners. After a year of hard work, YEP will be an opportunity for ACE to be together, share the joy of work and send meaningful gifts to each other.
