CENTRAL SUCCESSFULLY CONDUCTS TOPPING OUT OF 2 PROJECTS OF ETOWN 5 (REE) AND VINMEC TIMES CITY

After the event of closing covers of 3 basements ahead of schedule over the 30 days of the ETOWN 5 project, continuing to promote that spirit, the members of the Site Management Board and construction teams have shortened the progress of the body part by nearly 30 days and officially built the roof of the ETOWN 5 on December 24, 2018.

Thus, CENTRAL Contractor has constructed the basement and body structures ahead of schedule compared to the signed schedule of 02 months in the Contract.

The event marked a successful milestone in the package of construction of basement and body structures with a total floor area of over 30,000 m2, including 3 basements of 2,300 m2/ floor with 17 floors of 1,400 m2/floor.

At the same time, CENTRAL also successfully organized the topping-out ceremony of the VINMEC TIMES CITY project on December 25, 2018 morning at 458 Minh Khai, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.

In this project, CENTRAL acts as General Contractor for construction of basement, body, and finishing structures and MEP with a total floor area of over 29,000 m2 topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony, including a basement of 4,100 m2 and 07 floors of 3,200 m2/ floor. Under the plan, VINMEC will be handed over within about 12 months of construction.

Always at the end of the year, despite the difficult weather conditions, in particular, North Vietnam is suffering from cold weather but the pace of work on the construction sites is always enthusiastic with determination and victory.

CENTRAL LAUNCHES “GREEN DAY” CAMPAIGN IN THE WHOLE SYSTEM

In the early days of November 2018, the atmosphere at the construction site became bustling, vibrant with the campaign “GREEN DAY” which is replicated throughout the CENTRAL system.

The campaign stretches from the construction sites in the North to that in the South. This is one of the activities that take place weekly to raise awareness of environmental protection, contributing to build and maintain the image of “Clean and beautiful office – green construction sites”.

Accordingly, the team leaders have a strong determination to maintain overall hygiene in the work/construction areas and the whole landscape around the site clean, airy.

Through this meaningful activity, the campaign has created excitement among the brothers. At the same time, in order to raise the awareness of being friendly to the environment, close to nature by simple and small actions, the efficiency and dissemination of positive habits are really great.

Besides, CENTRAL also encourages all employees to actively exercise their rights and obligations to protect the environment through concrete and practical activities: actively maintaining the common hygiene and collection waste/waste; classification of organic, inorganic, and recyclable waste in daily life; no plastic bags; encourage groups/ individuals to have more activities in environmental protection and sustainable development. – Less plastic, it’s fantastic!!!

CENTRAL COMPLETES THE FIRST FLOOR CONCRETE COVER – “UOA TOWER” PROJECT

Continuous within two days of December 1st and 2nd, 2018, CENTRAL has completed the first-floor concrete cover of L1 – Zone 1 of the project UOA TOWER in Phu My Hung, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

This is an office building by the UOA Company (Malaysia) as the Owner.

In this project, CENTRAL takes on the role of General Contractor of Construction and MEP with the scale of 45,000 m2 of floor area including 4 basements, 25 storeys. According to the plan, the project will be completed within 17 months of construction.
