CENTRAL HOLD ROOF – SEALING EVENT FOR MOBILE WORLD INVESTMENT CORPORATION’S OFFICE BUILDING (MWG)

On the morning of July 27th, 2018, CENTRAL and Investor – Mobile World Investment Corporation (MWG) held a roof–sealing ceremony for the MWG’s office building at the Tech Park District 9, Ho Chi Minh City which belongs to the Enterprise Software Development Project (ERP). The ceremony was attended by Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai (Chairman of MWG Board), Mr. Le Thanh Dai (Deputy Site Manager of Hi-tech Park), and Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (General Director of CENTRAL).


CENTRAL is the main contractor for structural and finishing projects. The project is built on an area of 4,700 m2, with a total floor area of more than 22,000 m2, designed according to the architecture of a modern office building with 12 floors and 02 basements. MWG building is the first and official office building of the investor, the project is considered in creating a new standard for the ideal working environment in the current social-economic situation in Vietnam.

At the ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Duc Tai – Chairman of MWG sent his thanks to the Hi-Tech Park Management Board, Nagecco, Sagen, Central together implemented the project. He expressed his satisfaction with the results achieved in the last 6 months of construction. He also encouraged all partners together to push the project on schedule in October 2018.

ALMA RESORT CAM RANH COMMENCEMENT CEREMONY

In the morning of July 18, 2018, the ALMA RESORT CAM RANH was officially commenced at Cam Ranh. The ceremony was organized by the investor PARADISE BAY RESORT CO., Ltd (ALMA) and General contractor CENTRAL.

The event was honorably welcomed Mr. Hemant Patel (General Director Alma), Mr. Dor Lev (Director of Alma Construction and Development), Mr. Martin James (Project Director Turner Vietnam), Mr. Tran Duy Quang (Project Manager Turner Vietnam), Mr. Benjamin Servais (Construction Manager Turner Vietnam), Mr. Zafer Aksoydan (Design Manager of Turner Vietnam) and Mr. Tran Quang Tuan (CEO Central).

In this project, CENTRAL is the main contractor for the completion of mechanical, MEP, infrastructures and part of the structure of Villas with the total contract value of VND 1,200 billion.

The ALMA project will be built on an area of 30 ha in Bai Dai, Cam Ranh. The ceremony closed in the joyful atmosphere. The Investor and the Contractor agree to prioritize all the best resources for the project to complete the project on schedule with the highest quality.

REPRESENTATIVE OF HR DEPARTMENT VISIT OFFICE 5 (REE) OFFICE

Continue to the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. On July 6, HR Department has visited and encouraged the staff in ETOWN 5(REE) OFFICE at HCMC.

Especially in this trip, there is a special program “UNDERSTANDING CENTRAL” which is a mini-game quiz about CENTRAL knowledge through the multiple choice answer on the smartphone. They were excitedly participated in, the atmosphere was vibrant and full of laughter. As a result, the top 5 winners of the program were given the most meaningful gifts.

After the question and answer session, Ms. Dinh Thi Anh Quyen (HR representative) talked with the staff, sharing the thoughts and difficulties that they had overcome, through which HRD also expressed their appreciation and acknowledge the contributions of all staff.

The program closed in joy and excitement. We understand that visiting is not only spiritual but also a great resource to empower them to fulfill its mission and conquer more challenges ahead.

TRADE UNION VISITED THE NORTH AND CENTRAL CONSTRUCTION SITES

In the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2018. From June 25 to June 28, the Executive Committee of Trade Union combine with CENTRAL Media has visited and encouraged the staff in the North and Central areas including Vinhomes Riverside The Harmony, Hope Residence, Edison International School, Vinh City Star City Thanh Hoa, Vincom Quang Ngai.



Representative of the company, Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son (AM – Union President), Mr. Tran Chi Cau (Workforce Manager) and Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh (Media Manager) expressed their interest, appreciation and acknowledgment of staff contributions during the past. Thereby, they also have some encouragement and inspire to staff for more motivation to accomplish well tasks, business plan set out this year.

On June 23rd, Vincom officially topped off with a workforce of 60 workers who have completed more than 700 concrete blocks in 12 consecutive hours. At Vinhomes Star City, Thanh Hoa province also completed the 4th batch of concrete pouring on June 27th. These are two of CENTRAL’s key sites because of the “heat” of the work and the harsh “heat” of hot weather in the North and Central of the summer.
