NEW YEAR WITH GREAT BLESSING

Year 2017 has closed and marked the development milestone of CENTRAL. After 8 months of operation, the Company has 350 engineers – architects, 4,600 workers at 13 projects with total contract value of 3,600 billion VND.

In the morning of Febuary 21st (Day 6 due to the lunar calendar), CENTRAL held a “NEW YEAR” grand opening ceremony in the joyful atmosphere in the office in Ho Chi Minh city and construction sites in all 3 regions of the country.

On the occasion of 2018 New Year eve, the Executive Board would like to send to the whole staff best wishes for great blessing new year, full of belief and victory.

GROUNDBREAKING CEREMONY FOR THE PROJECT OF THANH PHU PLASTIC PACKAGING MANUFACTURING FACTORY

In Febuary 7th 2018, CENTRAL organized the commencement ceremony of the project “THANH PHU PLASTIC PACKAGING FACTORY” at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone, Ben Luc district, Long An province.

The project is invested by Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd, CENTRAL is the main contractor for the construction and project completion with total project value of 200 billion VND, expected to be completed in the end of May 2018. This construction is built on the area of 71,339m2, with total constructing area of 25,771m2, designed based on the modern architecture combined with office buildings including a factory area, an office building, a Silo area and a parking lot.

Representative of THANH PHU investor, SAGEN Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company, subcontractors, suppliers, construction implementation teams and CENTRAL staffs attended that commencement ceremony.

Year End Party 2017

On February 2nd 2018, CENTRAL successfully held the Year End Party at Capella Parkview. This was a chance for every to cooperate, to share joy and to express their aspiration, as well as to set objectives, business strategies in the future.

We would like to look back results reached in 2017 with many achievements in order to have motivation in 2018: after 6 months of operation, the total contract value is 3,200 billion VND, with 270 employees and more than 4,000 workers at 12 construction sites, mainly in big cities such as Hanoi, Southern Hoi An, Cam Ranh, Nha Trang, Ho Chi Minh city…

The Year End Party took place in a joyful atmosphere with vibrant music. After the honor of individuals and excellent teams, the special entertainment was performed and everyone was very happy. Besides, the party also had lucky draw game with interesting gifts for everyone.

Especially, the Executive Board gifted for 50 staff members who still had worked at construction sites without coming home in the New Year eve.

On the occasion of New Year, the Executive Board would like to send the warmest wishes to all staffs of the Company, wish everyone and their families have a spring be full of faith, health, happiness and success! Wishing all divisions/offices work together effectively, successfully and complete all planning tasks in 2018!
