TOPPING OUT CEREMONY OF PHAT DAT OFFICE BUILDING

On the morning of September 15th, 2023, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation in collaboration with CENTRAL organized the topping out ceremony of Phat Dat Office Building at 39 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

On the CENTRAL’s side:

  • Mr. Mai Chanh Thanh – Executive Director
  • Mr. Nguyen Thien Thuat – Project Director
  • Mr. Nguyen Duc Hau – MEP Project Director

Together with representatives from construction units, subcontractors, and employees of all parties.

Phat Dat Office Building is located in a prime location, right in the heart of District 3, City. HCM with a structure of 04 basements and 12 floors built on a land area of 673.5 m2. The project has a modern architectural style and open space to enhance connection and create an ideal working environment for employees of the entire company.

In addition, the building is designed and built according to Leed Gold standards – a certificate issued by the US Green Building Council, highlighting the standards of eco-friendly environment, energy saving, CO2 emission reduction, drainage efficiency, and resource management.

Always confident with the ability to construct quickly and ensure safety when implementing construction projects in the city with high population density, CENTRAL’s PMB has completed the work beyond the expectations of the Investor. At the same time, we continue to carry out the remaining work, ensuring the handover of the project before New Year.
