In this project, CENTRAL acts as General Contractor for construction of basement, body, and finishing structures and MEP with a total floor area of over 29,000 m2 topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony topping-out ceremony, including a basement of 4,100 m2 and 07 floors of 3,200 m2/ floor.
