October 28, 2025 — The topping-out ceremony of Essensia Sky, an iconic project embodying the philosophy of “green and healthy living” in South Saigon, was held successfully and ceremoniously at 15B Nguyen Huu Tho, Nha Be District, Ho Chi Minh City.
The event welcomed representatives from local authorities, the Board of Directors of developer Phu Long Corporation, general contractor CENTRAL, as well as design, consultancy, and strategic partners who have accompanied the project throughout its development.
Marking a major milestone, the topping-out was completed 60 days ahead of schedule, underscoring exceptional project management, professional work ethics, and strong collaboration among all stakeholders. Since construction began in September 2024, the project’s structural works have been completed in just 424 consecutive days, thanks to the dedication of over 900 engineers and workers contributing more than 10,000 working hours. Throughout the process, CENTRAL conducted over 1,000 material and component inspections, more than 10,000 hours of supervision, and four independent acceptance reviews, ensuring all components met or exceeded international standards for quality and safety.
Managed and operated by WorldHotels™, the premium brand of the BWH Hotel Group, Essensia Sky benefits from the high-end amenities of Dragon City in South Saigon. The twin towers comprise 424 premium apartments and penthouses ranging from 74 to 347 square meters, designed by Tange Associates (Japan) — one of Japan’s leading architectural firms. From design to construction, the project has consistently pursued a “green and healthy” philosophy, incorporating eco-friendly materials and technologies such as CarbonCure CO₂-absorbing concrete, energy-efficient paint and glass, solar-powered lighting, and in-tap drinking water filtration systems. With its steadfast green development strategy, Essensia Sky has earned the EDGE Certification from the International Finance Corporation (IFC – World Bank) for its tangible contributions to reducing emissions, saving energy, and optimizing operational efficiency.

Mr. Phan Ngoc Phuc, Secretary of the Nha Be Commune Party Committee, praised the project’s performance: “Completing the structure in just 14 months instead of the planned two years is a remarkable achievement by the developer and contractor. Projects like Essensia Sky are key to attracting investment and driving Nha Be’s transformation as part of Ho Chi Minh City’s approved master plan for the southern region through 2040, with a vision to 2060.”
The successful topping-out of Essensia Sky represents not only a technical milestone but also the culmination of shared vision, determination, and teamwork among Phu Long, CENTRAL, and their partners. Following this milestone, the project will move into the mechanical–electrical, interior, and landscaping phases, continuing to expand its wellness and eco-friendly amenities. Essensia Sky is expected to be handed over in Q4/2026, poised to become a new symbol of green and prosperous living in South Saigon — where every home is not just a residence, but a source of health, energy, and well-being for its future community.
