Recently, the high-end branded residences segment Branded Residences: Lusso Saigon, part of the La Pura mega urban complex, officially partnered with WorldHotels™ the most prestigious brand under BWH Hotels bringing international five-star hospitality standards into the residential segment in Ho Chi Minh City.
Developed by Phat Dat Corporation and with CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company serving as the Design & Build (D&B) general contractor, La Pura is a prominent mixed-use development in Binh Duong, comprising a commercial center and eight 40-storey residential towers.

The partnership with the globally renowned WorldHotels™ brand marks a significant milestone in the development of Lusso Saigon. It not only elevates the value and reputation of the branded residences segment but also enhances the overall positioning of the La Pura project, reinforcing its premium standards and strengthening its image in the market.
As the D&B general contractor, CENTRAL takes pride in contributing to the realization of a large-scale, integrated, and modern urban complex that is expected to reshape the urban landscape of the area. According to the latest update from CENTRAL’s PMB, construction is progressing at a strong and consistent pace, with all major work packages being implemented in parallel and aligned with the overall master schedule:
At the same time, interior and exterior finishing works, along with MEP works, are being carried out concurrently. Structural construction is maintaining a stable cycle of approximately 5 – 6 days per floor. In parallel, surrounding infrastructure is being developed in a synchronized manner, including the expansion of the main boulevard in front of the project to up to 60 meters, enhancing connectivity and contributing to the overall value of the development.

Throughout the construction process, CENTRAL’s PMB applies aluminum formwork systems combined with protective scaffolding to ensure both safety and construction efficiency. In addition, the project utilizes AAC (Autoclaved Aerated Concrete) blocks an environmentally friendly building material supporting sustainable development goals and reducing carbon emissions in construction.
With its role as D&B general contractor, CENTRAL continues to demonstrate strong capabilities in project management and execution, maintaining strict control over quality, safety, and progress. The La Pura project not only affirms CENTRAL’s ability to deliver large-scale developments but also strengthens its position in the high-end real estate segment, aligned with international standards.
