In the morning of March 13, 2019, CENTRAL was honored to welcome Leaders – SHIMIZU Corporation, Japan in an intimate atmosphere at the Head Office in Ho Chi Minh City.

On the side of SHIMIZU, there was the leader of delegation who is Mr Terada Osamu – Vice President Group from Japan. The delegation also had the presence of Mr Kamiosako Hajime – Deputy Director of International Division, Mr Kashiwamura Akira – Head of Global Strategy Division and Mr. Matsumoto Takayuki – Shimizu Vietnam General Director. At the meeting, Mr Terada gave a brief overview of the Group’s formation and development process. Thereby, he also expressed the expectation in the near future will promote development focusing on the segment of building hospitals in Vietnam. Accordingly, he also wished that CENTRAL would be a strategic partner to accompany SHIMIZU for specific and long-term cooperation plans in the future.

In response to that trust, Mr Tran Quang Tuan – CENTRAL’s CEO sent a deep thanks and admiration to the SHIMIZU’s steering committees with the desire to have more opportunities to work, learn, and parallel in the nearest projects.

The two sides have initially had discussions on existing and potential resources in the future. After leaving the office, CENTRAL’s steering committees has brought SHIMIZU’s delegation to visit some existing works in HCMC area such as Opal Tower with 42 floors in Saigon Pearl, UOA Tower by UOA Company (Malaysia) as an investor with 4 basements, 25 floors in Phu My Hung, … Through here, SHIMIZU’s steering committees have acknowledged and appreciated CENTRAL’s capacity through professional organization and construction. SHIMIZU believes that CENTRAL is the best choice for potential cooperation.

CENTRAL ORGANIZES TRAINING PROGRAM “LIFE MANAGEMENT”

In the series of training activities has been proposed in 2019, CENTRAL will accompany wit PACE entrepreneur school organizations courses about fostering professional expertise, skills for all members in the company.
On 21th March 2019, BOD and about 100 Managers in 3 regions the Northern, Central and Southern gathered to attend the “LIFE MANAGEMENT PROGRAM” at Lotte Legend Hotel, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. The training session was taken by Mr. Gian Tu Trung – Principal of PACE Entrepreneur School and Director of the Institute of Education Development Research.

Above all, the BOD will have plan the Company’s vision in the coming time to keep pace with the market trend, which is based on culture background.

TRAINING PROGRAM OF HR MANAGEMENT FOR NON-HR MANAGERS

Continuing the series of training and professional training activities for the management level of the company, on November 16 and 17, 2018, CENTRAL, accompanied by I.Value Academy continued to organize the training with “HR MANAGEMENT FOR NON-HR MANAGERS” for Heads of Offices and Officers in South and Central areas.

Human Resource Management is an extremely important aspect that has a profound effect on the performance of each business. BASIC SAFETY TRAINING PROGRAM FOR STUDENTS OF DANANG UNIVERSITY

Recently, on November 9th, 2018, CENTRAL successfully organized the program “Basic Safety Training for Construction Engineers” at Polytechnic University of Danang.


This is a course designed to equip graduates with basic skills in hazard identification, risk assessment, and preventive measures to protect themselves, protect the public, personnel and individuals involved in working on the site.


Understanding that importance, representing the company, Mr. Mao Vi Cuong as Head of HSSE has directly trained 150 students. In addition, the program has an interesting practical experience from Mr. Vo Quang Dat (CHT) about what students need to be aware of to prepare for the start of their profession.


This program is also an opportunity for students who hope to get an internship in the work of CENTRAL in the coming time.

CENTRAL SUCCESSFULLY ORGANIZED THE LIFE COACHING PROGRAM – LIFE VALUE

As part of a series of training and fostering activities for the management level of the company, with the permission of the Directors, Human Resources Department of CENTRAL in cooperation with I.Value Academy Corporation successfully organized a skills training program, including: “Life Coaching – Life Value, HR for non-HR Director, Talk show “Innovating and creating in Management and Leadership for Work Efficiency”. “

The program is held from October 20 to October 21, 2018, at Him Lam Palace, Ho Chi Minh City. The activity has attracted 80 managerial personnel who are Project Director/ Head of Department/Board/Division and Commanders of the construction sites throughout the country.


LIFE COACHING- LIFE VALUE: “Love – Responsibility – Serving” The program is a journey that leads people inside, not only to bring the employees back to the source of happiness but also to help employees find the key to success.

Throughout the 15 hours of experience, teamwork is exciting with moments of self-reflection, and when being confronted and honest with ourselves, we discover the ultimate power of life in each person’s hands, experiencing the simple things that are so great in the present moment, something that people have long been looking for crazily.




At the same time, through activities, everyone has found a deep inner peace within the soul, in addition, to help them transform the relationship in work, life into relationships full of sympathy and love.

The program closes in gratitude and fills with full love for today’s life. Once again, we would like to thank CENTRAL’s Board of Directors for its continuous efforts to create the best working environment for whole employees. There is more than just working conditions or modern facilities but also a deep concern for the spiritual life of each employee and the resonance of good values to their families.

TALKSHOW ROLES OF PROJECT MANAGER & GENERAL FINANCE FOR PROJECT MANAGEMENT PERSONNEL

Within the chain of training programs of Project Manager – Site Manager – Deputy Site Manager with the aim at improving professional knowledge and managerial skill for medium-level management personnel, CENTRAL organized successfully Talkshow “Role of project manager and general finance for project management personnel” in Liberty hotel, Ho Chi Minh City.

The program greeted CEO Mr. Tran Quang Tuan to come and share the title “Role of Project Manager” and Ms. Mai Thi Kim Dung with the title “General finance of project management personnel”. This was the second offline program in the year with the attendance of key personnel of CENTRAL, which includes the General Management Board and more than 70 attendees from Office departments/divisions and Site managers and Assistant Site Managers.

The warm-up part enclosed with the planes full of desire and ambition at the beginning of the program created an exciting and lively atmosphere throughout the auditorium.


The Talkshow with two titles brought quite a lot of useful information featuring practical characteristics as well as improved financial knowledge for the personnel of sites and relevant departments/divisions.

With this program, CEO Tran Quang Tuan expected that every employee learned and applied the shared skills and experiences well to their work with the target of increasing governance competence as well as improving productivity for the common objective of sustainable development of CENTRAL in the future.


These are initial steps for the chain of knowledge and skill training programs for Project Manager-Site manager-Assistant Site Manager and Training Division, Human Resources Department shall continue to launch more practical and attractive activities, which help individuals to fulfill their assignments.
