At the invitation of SUMOU & BUNA Group, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, Chairman and CEO of CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, recently embarked on a high-level business trip to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. CENTRAL is currently serving as the main contractor for critical construction packages of the Sumou Towers project—a mixed-use development featuring twin towers rising 71 stories, located along the shores of the Red Sea.

This visit marks a significant follow-up to the 2024 delegation to Vietnam by SUMOU & BUNA Group’s executive leadership, which concluded with strong praise for CENTRAL’s capabilities. The trip provided Chairman and CEO of CENTRAL the opportunity to meet directly with Dr. Ayedh Farhan Al-Qahtani, Chairman of SUMOU & BUNA Group, as well as senior management, to assess construction progress, review quality standards, and explore further long-term collaboration.

Built upon an increasingly solid partnership, the discussions have opened up new strategic opportunities for CENTRAL in the Middle East—particularly in alignment with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 roadmap and the country’s preparations for hosting the 2034 FIFA World Cup.

With a pioneering mindset, strong support from international partners, and an unwavering commitment to surpassing construction standards, CENTRAL continues to affirm its position as a leading Vietnamese general contractor with global ambitions.

The investor commended CENTRAL’s strengths in comprehensive coordination, timeline management, and stringent quality control—all vital in a large-scale development spanning over 415,000 m², which includes 5-star hotels, branded residences, commercial centers, and world-class amenities.

At the construction site, CENTRAL’s Chairman/CEO conducted a direct inspection, engaged with engineers and workers, and recognized their relentless dedication. Operating in a dynamic, multicultural environment, the project team’s commitment has become a point of pride for the company. Official launch of the high-end Wellness City La Pura – A new living symbol in the heart of Northeast Ho Chi Minh City

On April 18, 2025, at GEM Center, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company had the honor of attending the strategic cooperation signing ceremony, officially introducing La Pura – an international standard wellness city to the market which located along National Highway 13. This event marks a significant turning point in the journey to establish a new living standard – a place where individuals reconnect with nature, rediscover physical and mental balance amid modern living.

On the morning of April 16, 2025, the launch ceremony of the Wellness City – La Pura project was solemnly held in Binh Duong, with the attendance of senior representatives from Realty Holdings, Big Four, CENTRAL, and VPBank. This event not only marked the important commencement of an iconic urban development project but also signified the beginning of a journey to create a new standard of living—where individuals are reconnected with nature amidst the rhythm of modern city life.

In a serene and vibrant setting, the symbolic “green seed planting” ritual was performed by representatives of the involved parties. This act embodied the aspiration to nurture a peaceful and healthy community—where every living element is cherished and grows in harmony with the values of sustainability.

Located at the heart of Binh Duong’s strategic development zone—renowned as the “industrial capital” of Vietnam—La Pura not only boasts seamless connectivity through a well-developed transportation infrastructure, but also embodies the stature of a modern, multifunctional “all-in-one” integrated urban complex. It is poised to lead the future trend of healthy and sustainable living.

La Pura is a pioneering urban development project founded on the philosophy of Urban Healing, located in a central core area. Central Construction Joint Stock Company has officially been selected as the contractor for Center Library Building and Technical Infrastructure Works – VNC2 Zone, belonging to Vietnam National University, Hanoi. This is one of the key projects funded by the World Bank (WB). This follows after Central signed and implemented the bidding package for the University of Technology, also part of the Vietnam National University of Hanoi Subproject, with the total value of the three packages approaching nearly 1 trillion VND.

The VNC2 Zone is intended to be a hub of modern research facilities, applied collaboration, and technology transfer, aiming to become the leading center in the country for scientific research and technology development, responding to the needs of socio-economic development. The construction of the Technical Infrastructure Works in the VNC2 Zone will be in sync with the social infrastructure and landscape architecture of the entire Hanoi Vietnam National University area.

The Cosmo Royal Building – A new architectural signature in the heart of a dynamic city

Situated along the prominent landscape axis by the Han River, adjacent to the symbolic Rong Bridge, Cosmo Royal is expected to be one of the highly recognizable constructions in Da Nang in the near future.
