“La Pura” means “purity” in Spanish, symbolizing a clean, balanced living environment filled with healing energy. The project is designed to be an ideal retreat, where each day is a journey of self-renewal, health restoration, and spiritual nourishment.
The architecture and landscape are specifically designed for an unparalleled wellness living experience, consisting of 8 towers divided into 4 distinct zones, each offering a unique lifestyle:
Zenia: “Urban Healing” – immerse in nature
Risa: Ideal space for families and children
Vista: “High Vibe” – dynamic and unique
Lira: “Luxury & Art” – rich in artistic quality and refined aesthetics
Notably, La Pura allocates 1.7 hectares for over 100 amenities, featuring 300 meters of lush greenery, 4 levels of nature, 10 levels of greenery, the first sky bridge adorned with flowers, a complex of 12 diverse “sky pool” swimming pools, along with multiple expansive rooftop gardens.
An 8-meter high lobby, luxurious like a five-star hotel
La Pura is not merely a residence; it is a place to live fully. From the 8-meter high lobby, exuding five-star luxury, to the therapeutic and wellness services available at home, a modern shopping center, and 35 dedicated spaces for children, everything is meticulously invested in and equipped with products from top European sanitary brands like Duravit and Kohler, reflecting a commitment to quality and a high standard of living.
The project emerges at a crucial time as the Northeast area of Ho Chi Minh City enters a breakthrough phase: integration into Ho Chi Minh City, with traffic infrastructure being synchronized and completed. This will provide a significant boost, promising acceleration right at the time La Pura is scheduled for delivery in the 2027–2028 phase.
As the main contractor for La Pura, CENTRAL not only provides comprehensive construction solutions but also plays a role in creating a new living symbol – where every detail is focused on sustainable and humane living values. We understand that a quality project goes beyond technicality and timelines; it encompasses the feelings and living experiences of each future resident.
La Pura is not simply a real estate project. It is a living space “nurtured” with the dedication, responsibility, and aspirations of its creators. CENTRAL is proud to be part of this journey.
