On the morning of June 21^st, 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Sun Group held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sun Symphony Residence in the area near the Han River, Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City

This is a key project of Sun Group, promising to bring a new symbol to the beautiful city – Da Nang.

Land funds located along the river in the city center are scarce, so investors always prioritize developing top-class product lines. In the world, next to major rivers such as the Thames River of London, the Han River of Seoul, the Huangpu River of Shanghai… they have been planned and built all types of luxury high-rise real estate.

The Han River in Da Nang also has the same position, Sun Symphony Residence is located in the last golden land fund on the riverbank, in the central location next to the 3 busy districts of Da Nang, facing the city administrative center and facing the sea gate,  with a scale of 3 twin towers from 26 to 37 floors, providing the real estate market with about 1,300 high-end apartments.

“As people born and raised in the Central region, we understand the current situation in terms of the market, human resources, and weather conditions here, so the Central’s PMB always proactively has appropriate construction plans to control the progress and quality of the project. And also here, Central has handed over iconic projects such as: Vinpearl Nam Hoi An, Alma Resort, Vega City… Currently, we are also implementing the construction of Tuyen Son Da Nang with a total investment of 2,300 billion VND, Hoa Phat Dung Quat Iron and Steel Smelting Factory with the largest scale of 300 hectares in Southeast Asia”, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – CEO shared.

In response to the trust of Sun Group, Central is committed to coordinating smoothly with the Management Board to bring the project to the finish line successfully, contributing to the creation of valuable works worthy of the development stature of Da Nang City, in line with the mission of the Investor as the Pioneer – to find potential lands, beautify and enrich the Fatherland.

After a period of construction and completion, on the morning of June 19^th, 2024, The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh opened, officially launching its high-end brand Westin Hotels & Resorts in Vietnam, operated by Marriott Bonvoy.

The Westin Resort Spa is located in the Bai Dai area, Cam Ranh city, with more than 200 luxury rooms facing the sea. The resort has seamless architecture with captivating views of coastal and dunes, focusing on the use of natural materials and green spaces to create a connection with the natural landscape.

In the role of General Contractor of the project, Chairman/CEO of Central Construction Joint Stock Company Mr. Tran Quang Tuan sent congratulations on the opening of the project to the Investor when attending the opening event.

Ms. Jamie Jung Hun Lee, General Manager of The Westin Resort & Spa, said: “The project is the perfect beachfront resort, with many unspoiled beauties and blending with nature, the resort is only 5km from Cam Ranh International Airport, creating an attractive option for rejuvenating health retreats, special holidays for families or vacations designed specifically for groups of friends and companies.”

The Westin Resort & Spa Cam Ranh will start welcoming guests in the near future. 

On the morning of July 2^nd, 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company held the Topping Out Ceremony of the 5* Marriott Hotel in Tay Ho District, Hanoi.

The 5* Marriott Hotel is a complex of high-class offices, hotels, and apartments, managed and operated according to international quality standards by Marriott Group.

In the role of General Contractor, Central always researches the most appropriate construction methods to ensure the quality and technical standards for the project, bringing long-term use value and economic efficiency to the Investor.

The project structure has been completed for the apartment block from the 4th floor to the 13th floor. The PMB continues to coordinate with stakeholders to complete the finishing works closely, and bring the project to the finish line safely, aesthetically and qualitatively, contributing to an iconic project in Hanoi./.

On the morning of July 1^st, 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with DHA Corporation successfully organized the Topping Out Ceremony of the D-Aqua High-rise Apartment & Commercial Service Office at 301 Ben Binh Dong, Ward 14, District 8, Ho Chi Minh City.

D-Aqua High-rise Apartment Complex is located in a location with high historical and landscape value of Ho Chi Minh City – Ben Binh Dong, the two highlights of the project are the modern split-level twin-tower structure design, creating many green spaces, boulevards and a long commercial market street with a chain of themed design stores. This area promises to be a place to attract a large number of customers to come, play and relax on weekdays, the peak is on holidays and Tet. Commercial Shophouses possess valuable potential in terms of utility services, a large internal residential community and the ability to connect smoothly with the surrounding residential are.

Throughout the construction of the project, Central always focused on the implementation of quality inspections, closely following the progress of the set goals. The structural construction item is completed one month ahead of schedule. In addition, the PMB regularly organizes training courses for supervisors, subcontractor technicians on safety, construction measures, etc. to ensure that qualification is always improved.

At the ceremony, Mr. Vu Quoc Thai – General Director of DHA Corporation said: “From the ground-breaking day of D-Aqua High-rise Apartment & Commercial Service Office, we have nourished the dream of how to have a unique product, not only apartment,  but also a prominent commercial street in the central area of District 8. Therefore, we focus on the factors that make up the value of the project such as meticulousness to every smallest detail along with the quality of construction.”

The Topping Out Ceremony marks an important milestone, bringing the project to the Finishing works and M&E, ready to hand over and bring the customer a quality living and business space right in the heart of the dynamic and busy southern region of Ho Chi Minh City./.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is one of the most famous hotel brands placed in iconic locations around the world such as The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, Le Château Frontenac in Quebec, or, most recently, The Fairmont Ambassador Seoul, and The Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi. In Vietnam, Fairmont Hanoi is the first 6-star hotel located in the heart of Hanoi, right at Hoan Kiem Lake and surrounded by long-standing historical sites. The project promises to be the most classy resort and become one of the heritage hotels attracting the high-end tourism segment.

Understanding the unique features of the project and ensuring the most stringent requirements, the planning and implementation of construction methods requires a lot of research and high discipline. The most impressive can be mentioned is the completion of the 4-story transferring beam that requires high technology with a size of 3×2.75m using a prestressed cable of 27m in the atrium area of nearly 12m (11.45m).

After 6 months of construction, with continuous efforts and coordination between the parties, the project has been topped out on schedule.

The topping out ceremony of the 6-star Fairmont Hanoi Hotel marked an important milestone, recognizing the efforts of the PMB in the implementation of construction along with the coordinated companionship of all construction units.

In the next time, Central continues to focus on maximizing all optimal human resources and equipments to bring the project to a safe and quality destination./.

On the morning of April 5^th, 2024, KinderWorld International Group commenced the construction of Singapore International School located at Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Le Chan District, Hai Phong City. In this project, Central as the General Contractor of Design and Construction.

Singapore International School Hai Phong is an inter-level education and training complex from kindergarten to high school, expected to be one of the largest campuses of KinderWorld in Vietnam, the school will offer educational services to some 1,500 students from pre-school to high school levels.

Speaking at the Groundbreaking Ceremony, Mr. Ricky Tan, Chairman of KinderWorld International Group said: “Today marks a significant milestone for our company, with the groundbreaking of Singapore International School in Le Chan, Haiphong. Today’s event is a strong testament to these efforts. Singapore International School is the first inter-level international school in Hai Phong city.” Accordingly, Mr. Nam suggested that “KinderWorld Vietnam concentrates all resources on implementing the project; directing with contractors to concentrate on human resources; take appropriate measures to organize construction; ensure quality, progress, labor safety, environmental sanitation, fire and explosion prevention; ensure the project is on schedule.”

Central as the General Contractor of Design & Build for Structure, Finishing, M&E and Landscape Infrastructure works of the whole project. In particular, at the request of the Investor, the design and construction must meet all criteria to achieve the US LEED green certification.
