In the morning of Febuary 1^st 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company commenced the “Business management software” project (ERP) at the High-tech zone, District 9, Ho Chi Minh city.

EPR project is invested by Mobile World Joint Stock Group. CENTRAL is the main contractor for structure, MEP and project completion with total project value of 188 billion VND, expected to be handed over in the early of October 2018. This construction is built on the area of 4,700m2, with total constructing area of 22,000m2, designed based on the modern office building including 12 floors and 02 basements.

Representative of MWG investor, Executive Board of District 9, SAGEN Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company, Project management agency – NAGECCO, subcontractors, suppliers, construction teams attended that commencement ceremony.

In Febuary 7^th 2018, CENTRAL organized the commencement ceremony of the project “THANH PHU PLASTIC PACKAGING FACTORY” at Vinh Loc 2 Industrial Zone, Ben Luc district, Long An province.

The project is invested by Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Co., Ltd, CENTRAL is the main contractor for the construction and project completion with total project value of 200 billion VND, expected to be completed in the end of May 2018. This construction is built on the area of 71,339m2, with total constructing area of 25,771m2, designed based on the modern architecture combined with office buildings including a factory area, an office building, a Silo area and a parking lot.

Representative of THANH PHU investor, SAGEN Constructive Design Consultancy Joint Stock Company, subcontractors, suppliers, construction implementation teams and CENTRAL staffs attended that commencement ceremony.

In the afternoon of January 20^th 2018, Investor and Main contractor – CENTRAL organized the topping out and groundbreaking ceremony of Edison school (Ecopark – Hung Yen province).

CENTRAL construction team completed structure works before 01 month earlier and accelerated the completion of electrical engineering to ensure that the school could start the new school year on time.

In the morning of January 20^th 2018, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company organized the commencement ceremony of Lancaster Eden project at An Phu An Khanh urban area, An Phu ward, District 2, Ho Chi Minh city. Hush Creatvie Co., Ltd – Trung Thuy Group is the investor.

Representatives of Investor, subcontractor, suppliers and construction teams attended that ceremony.

CENTRAL is the general contractor for structure, MEP and project completion with the total project value of 184 billion VND, expected to be handed over in the early of July 2018. The LANCASTER EDEN project locates in front of Tran Luu street, with total constructing area of over 26,500m2, it is designed in a modern style with 14 villas and a club house locating near the city center, about 10 minutes of walking.

Previously, in January 17^th 2018, D&B CENTRAL contractor and the investor organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the HOPE RESIDENCE project at Viet Hung urban area, Hanoi.

In the morning of January 17^th 2018, Investor and CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, construction teams, subcontractors, suppliers organized the groundbreaking ceremony of “HOPE RESIDENCE” project.

CENTRAL is the D&B contractor with total project value of 1,600 billion VND. CENTRAL, the design team and the construction team have committed to complete the project on time in accordance with the progress requirements, to ensure safety and quality!

The design and construction progress are 26 months, expected to be handed over in the end of 2019.
