On 8 July 2021, CENTRAL officially received the Letter of Acceptance of 2 new projects from Novaland and TTC Group. The figured key point is that both projects are in the luxury beach hotel segment of the leading developers in Vietnam.

 Project 1:

– Project name	: Five-star CASTLE Hotel
– Investor	: Novaland Group
– Location	: NovaWorld Ho Tram
– Operation	: Accor – France
– Construction time	: 23 months, start from 30 June 2021
– Form	: General Contractor

The five-star CASTLE hotel located in the NovaWorld complex of over 1,000 hectares, features a classic European-style building design that is the area’s showpiece.

Project 2:

– Project name	: Hotel – Restaurant SELAVIA Phu Quoc
– Investor	:  Toan Hai Van JSC – TTC Phu Quoc
– Location	: Vinh Dam, Phu Quoc Island
– Architectural design	: Surbana – Singapore; Royal Haskoning- Holland; Kume – Japan
– Scale	: Nearly 300 hectares of the whole area, of which the land area is 167 hectares
– Form	: Joint venture General Contractor for FULL PACKAGE: “Cluster of Hotels – Restaurants – Swimming Pools; Outdoor facilities and street landscape”

CENTRAL has been the General Contractor of D&B Shophouse in Phase 1 of the project since April 2021. CENTRAL constructed on schedule and dedication throughout the project. As a result, TTC Group has entrusted CENTRAL with the completion of Phase 2 of the project. SMB is determined to make greater efforts to respond to the Investor’s trust and expectations.

On 17^th May 2021, CENTRAL held the HARUKA Ground Breaking Ceremony – low-rise apartment area 1DEF at TOKYU Garden City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

Besides, the ceremony also welcomed the presence of QS Consultant Arcadis – Mr. Eric Lee – SQS Team Leader. Along with the presence of representatives of Site/Dept, Partners, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and all staff from stakeholders.

HARUKA belongs to the MIDORI PARK master plan, which is the largest area in TOKYU Garden City that BECAMEX TOKYU will be developed in Binh Duong New City. Besides high-rise apartment buildings, this area also contains low-rise apartments such as villas, garden houses, and townhouses.

From 2012 in Binh Duong New City, BECAMEX TOKYU (the joint venture company between Tokyu Group and BECAMEX IDC) had applied the knowledge and know-how experience for the “TOKYU Tama Garden City” development in Japan to build “TOKYU Garden City” where integrates the Japanese urban quality with local culture and identity. In the future, BECAMEX TOKYU will have more contributions for Binh Duong New City by motivating residential and commercial projects, the new bus services, as well as the service projects deployment for the better residents’ life.

HARUKA 1DEF Phase 4 belongs to the MIDORI PARK masterplan, the “Zen” distinctive features of Japan and the superior in “Fengshui” in Vietnam. The roof extends with thinness that is proportional to the height of the house, all facade floors are equipped with glass to help get natural light, optimizing the interior design. In addition, the facade panels designed to simulate Japanese style not only help reduce the heat of the tropical climate, but also ensure the privacy of townhouse residents, helping to immerse into the atmosphere “Living in the green” of the entire MIDORI PARK area – a various sense of style from “Shop House GARDEN HOUSE”, “TERRACE HOUSE” to “Canal View GARDEN HOUSE”. At the ceremony, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan shared his speech: “It is pleasure for Central to receive the belief from Investor as the General Director for the HARUKA 1DEF Project. We have a lot of experience constructing large-scale projects spread out from North to South. Besides, Central also has long-term cooperation with Japanese clients such as Nomura, Mitsubishi, etc. Central is confident to finish the HARUKA 1DEF on schedule and high quality to hand over to Investor”.

CENTRAL officially received a letter of acceptance to be the General Contractor for FULL PACKAGE contractor of the Happy One Central Project from Van Xuan Group Investor on 29 April 2021.

Located in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, Happy One Central is the project that CENTRAL had constructed the bored pile and diaphragm wall from November 2020 and finished on May 2021. During the progress, because of CENTRAL’s professionalism, drastic and high commitment, the Investor totally trusted and decided to give all the remaining items of the Project to CENTRAL as the General Contractor from the basement, structures, finishing, and MEP including Landscape, Facade, FULL interior, elevator system, Smart home, etc.

CENTRAL has given an optimal construction solution, along with the detailed consultation for the Investor so that the Project can be accurately calculated, as well as the optimized solution for bearing structure, saving time and cost.

Charm Resort Long Hai is one of the outstanding projects of Charm Group with the distinctive terrain and unique design in Long Hai, Ba Ria – Vung Tau. On the morning of March 29, 2021, CENTRAL together with Vingroup Investor and MV Vietnam Real Estate Joint Stock Company held the topping-out ceremony of two towers S7.01 and S7.05, Vinhomes Grand Park project – The Origami subdivision in Long Thanh My Ward, District 9, HCMC.

CENTRAL assumed the role of General Contractor of 4 towers S7.01; S7.02; S7.03; S7.05. Up to the present time, the construction progress has exceeded the schedule by 1.5 months. Specifically:

• Building S7.01 and S7.05: Topping-out
• 02 and S7.03: Expected to top-out in early May 2021

Giving priority to ensure quality and safety while speeding up the construction, CENTRAL Executive Committee confidently handed over 4 towers ahead of time, meeting the expectations for investors.
