On November 25, 2021, CENTRAL held The Hoa Phat Container Factory Project Commencement at Phu My 2 Expansion Industrial Zone in Ba Ria – Vung Tau. This is the heart Project of the Hoa Phat Investor on the step into the potential container manufacturing industry in Vietnam. CENTRAL has accompanied the Investor from the pre-project stage, design consultancy, construction techniques. The Investor has actively and confidently chosen CENTRAL to become the General Contractor of the Project in Phase 1 with 5 Factories and Auxiliary Items, CFA: 250,000m2.

Hoa Phat is the leading industrial manufacturing group in Vietnam, has gradually expanded its business to trading and production of steel pipe, steel, refrigeration, real estate, and agriculture. With a capacity of 8 million tons of crude steel per year, Hoa Phat is the largest steel producer in Southeast Asia.

Catching up with the rising demand for containers in the world, Hoa Phat Group is the only company that can produce HRC steel, special grade SPA-H, natural resistance, and weather resistance in Vietnam. With the advantage of being fully proactive in supply and operating experience, the Hoa Phat Container Factory Project will have a capacity of 500,000 TEU/year, focusing on manufacturing common container products, has a length of 20 – 40 feet when put into operation.

Affirming its position in the market with high-rise products, residential, resorts, and hospitality, CENTRAL also marks its brand reputation in the field of Industrial Factory, typically Factory Project No. 09- BW Thoi Hoa, Thanh Phu Plastic Packaging Factory. On the morning of November 19, 2021, CENTRAL and Van Xuan Group held the Happy One Central Project General Contractor Signing Ceremony.

On the morning of November 11, 2021, CENTRAL held the Movenpick resort of The Wonderland – Novaworld Ho Tram commencement ceremony at Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

Mr. Dang Quoc Dung – Novaworld Ho Tram Project Manager shared at the ceremony that the Investor will accompany and create all the most favorable conditions to support CENTRAL on working, together bringing the Project to the finish line on schedule.

The SMB of CENTRAL is committed to concentrating its forces, advanced equipment to carry out the construction, meeting the expectations of the Investor.

With the appearance of the Movenpick-branded hotel cluster, it will contribute to completing the high-class utility chain for Novaland’s great tourism and resort project in particular, and generally improving the quality of accommodation facilities in Ba Ria – Vung Tau.

After two and a half months of suspending activities to prevent the pandemic, Thu Duc City has officially issued documents No. 6118/UBND-KT and 6073/UBND-KT on allowing the restart of construction works. Construction in Thu Thiem New Urban Area: EMPIRE CITY Project and THE METROPOLE Project by CENTRAL as the General Contractor. On the morning of September 23, 2021, and September 25, 2021, CENTRAL cooperated with the Investor to organize the “Construction Restart Ceremonies” at EMPIRE CITY Project & THE METROPOLE Project. At the ceremonies, there were representatives of the city government: Mr. Le Hoa Binh – Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Ho Chi Minh City; Mr. Hoang Tung – Chairman of Thu Duc City People’s Committee; Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh – Deputy Head of Economic Department of Thu Duc City. Mr. Nguyen Hoai Thanh – Deputy Head of the Economics Department of Thu Duc City handed the decision of Thu Duc City over to restart the Empire City Project, Mr. Vo Si Nhan – General Director of Empire City expressed gratitude: “We are extremely proud and happy to be one of the first businesses chosen by the city to restart the economy after the pandemic. In that spirit, Empire and CENTRAL General Contractor immediately embarked on the construction of the project to meet the plan to hand over to customers the most luxurious product line by the end of this year.”

Chairman of Thu Duc City People’s Committee – Mr. Hoang Tung had a speech at The Metropole ceremony: “According to the general request of the Ho Chi Minh City government, in the “green zone”, the locality considers reopening some economic activities. The above-mentioned projects are in a safe place, eligible for re-construction and the implementation process must absolutely ensure pandemic prevention measures. The locality has also prepared response scenarios when there are incidents related to COVID-19.”

On this occasion, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “In the context of the pandemic’s complicated situation, as the General Contractor of 3 The Crest Residence towers, CENTRAL has arranged a team of engineers and workers to stay on duty, with the motto “3 on the spot”, in order to ensure the progress and safe work at the Project. Sincere thanks to Thu Duc City People’s Committee has facilitated the continuation of the Project.”

The implementation progress at EMPIRE CITY and THE METROPOLE projects are being closely implemented by the SMBs: At the EMPIRE CITY project, SMB is carrying out finishing works to hand over the project at the end of the year; while CENTRAL is carrying out the remaining works of the tunnel and preparing for the related upcoming works at THE METROPOLE project.

On 8 July 2021, CENTRAL officially received the Letter of Acceptance of 2 new projects from Novaland and TTC Group. The figured key point is that both projects are in the luxury beach hotel segment of the leading developers in Vietnam.

The five-star CASTLE hotel located in the NovaWorld complex of over 1,000 hectares, features a classic European-style building design that is the area’s showpiece.

Project 2:

– Project name	: Hotel – Restaurant SELAVIA Phu Quoc
– Investor	:  Toan Hai Van JSC – TTC Phu Quoc
– Location	: Vinh Dam, Phu Quoc Island
– Architectural design	: Surbana – Singapore; Royal Haskoning- Holland; Kume – Japan
– Scale	: Nearly 300 hectares of the whole area, of which the land area is 167 hectares
– Form	: Joint venture General Contractor for FULL PACKAGE: “Cluster of Hotels – Restaurants – Swimming Pools; Outdoor facilities and street landscape”

CENTRAL has been the General Contractor of D&B Shophouse in Phase 1 of the project since April 2021. CENTRAL constructed on schedule and dedication throughout the project. As a result, TTC Group has entrusted CENTRAL with the completion of Phase 2 of the project. SMB is determined to make greater efforts to respond to the Investor’s trust and expectations.

On 17^th May 2021, CENTRAL held the HARUKA Ground Breaking Ceremony – low-rise apartment area 1DEF at TOKYU Garden City, Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province.

HARUKA belongs to the MIDORI PARK master plan, which is the largest area in TOKYU Garden City that BECAMEX TOKYU will be developed in Binh Duong New City. Besides high-rise apartment buildings, this area also contains low-rise apartments such as villas, garden houses, and townhouses.

From 2012 in Binh Duong New City, BECAMEX TOKYU (the joint venture company between Tokyu Group and BECAMEX IDC) had applied the knowledge and know-how experience for the “TOKYU Tama Garden City” development in Japan to build “TOKYU Garden City” where integrates the Japanese urban quality with local culture and identity. In the future, BECAMEX TOKYU will have more contributions for Binh Duong New City by motivating residential and commercial projects, the new bus services, as well as the service projects deployment for the better residents’ life.

HARUKA 1DEF Phase 4 belongs to the MIDORI PARK masterplan, the “Zen” distinctive features of Japan and the superior in “Fengshui” in Vietnam. The roof extends with thinness that is proportional to the height of the house, all facade floors are equipped with glass to help get natural light, optimizing the interior design. In addition, the facade panels designed to simulate Japanese style not only help reduce the heat of the tropical climate, but also ensure the privacy of townhouse residents, helping to immerse into the atmosphere “Living in the green” of the entire MIDORI PARK area – a various sense of style from “Shop House GARDEN HOUSE”, “TERRACE HOUSE” to “Canal View GARDEN HOUSE”.
