The Cosmo Royal Building – A new architectural signature in the heart of a dynamic city

Established in 1993, Hoan Cau Group stands out in real estate, high-end tourism, banking finance, media, and education – associated with landmarks such as Diamond Bay Resort, Crown Convention Theatre, Royal Golf Long An, and the Dalat Cu Hill Golf Course, as well as hosting the Miss Universe pageant in Vietnam in 2008.

In 2010, Hoan Cau Group signed a partnership with Daewoo Group (South Korea) to establish the Daewon – Hoan Cau Housing Development Jvc.,Ltd, marked by the Cantavil Hoan Cau project in Ho Chi Minh City. Cosmo Royal represents a new milestone in this joint venture’s strategic investments in the dynamic, high-potential Central Vietnam market, marking an expansion of its geographic reach and influence.

Notably, Cosmo Royal is directly across from The Legend City – the high-end hotel and apartment complex that CENTRAL also recently won the contract for at the beginning of 2025. The simultaneous development of these two iconic structures, symmetrically located along the Han River, has created a highly recognizable architectural development axis, marking a significant advancement for CENTRAL in shaping a new urban environment in Da Nang.

After successfully completing the basement construction ahead of schedule and officially starting the construction of the structure of tower B1.1 for the Sun Symphony Residence project in October 2024, the main contractor Central continues to affirm its reputation and capabilities as it earns further trust from the investor, Sun Group. With this trust, Central has been awarded the contract to provide and install critical systems such as Electrical – Low Voltage, Air Conditioning, Water Supply and Drainage, and Fire Protection for the entire B1.1 tower.

Sun Symphony Residence is situated on the last prime land along the Han River, facing Tran Hung Dao Street, Son Tra District, Da Nang City, the Sun Symphony Residence project connects the three busiest districts of the city, providing a breathtaking view towards the Administrative Center and the sea entrance. With a scale of three twin towers ranging from 24 to 30 floors, the project will deliver approximately 1,300 high-end apartments to the real estate market upon completion.

The MEP sector at Central has grown significantly and contributed considerably to the company’s overall success in recent years. On the morning of March 7, 2024, a momentous event took place at the Waterpoint urban area in Long An: the inauguration ceremony of EMASI Plus International Bilingual Boarding School – Waterpoint Campus. This event not only marks an important milestone in the development of the EMASI educational system but also opens a new chapter for education in the southern region, providing a comprehensive and high-class international learning environment.

With an area of up to 6 hectares, EMASI Plus Waterpoint impressively features modern architecture, deeply infused with European style, seamlessly blending with the lush natural surroundings of the Waterpoint urban area. Upon entering the school campus, attendees are awed by the well-invested facilities, which meet international standards and cater to all learning, living, and overall development needs of the students.

As the general contractor, Central is honored to participate in and successfully complete EMASI Plus International Bilingual Boarding School – Waterpoint Campus for the investor, Khai Sang Joint Stock Company; contributing a foundation for the sustainable development of the Waterpoint urban area in Nam Long, Long An. Notably, this educational project has a total investment that is four times greater than that of the Emasi School in Nam Long Urban Area, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City.

The establishment of EMASI Plus Waterpoint not only meets the demand for an international educational environment for many Vietnamese families but also enhances the quality of local human resources, driving sustainable development in the southern region for the future.

The inauguration ceremony of the EMASI Plus Waterpoint School attracted considerable interest from numerous parents, students, and educational organizations. This is a testament to the community’s trust and hopes for a high-class international bilingual boarding school that contributes to building a bright future for Vietnam’s youth.

On March 5, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the investor Becamex Tokyu Co., Ltd., held a formal groundbreaking ceremony for the luxury apartment project, MIDORI PARK The NEST, in the New City of Binh Duong.

The project is expected to become a new symbol of architecture and lifestyle in the central area of the New City, with a construction investment value of up to 1,400 billion VND.

The ceremony was attended by representatives from the Consulate General of Japan in Vietnam, representatives of Japanese associations, local authorities from Binh Duong province, the investor, the leadership team of Central, as well as partners, clients, and employees from all involved parties.

The project is part of a series of successful developments by Becamex Tokyu, including SORA Gardens 1, SORA Gardens 2, The VIEW, The GLORY, The TEN, Haruka Townhouses, and the Hikari Food Court. MIDORI PARK The NEST is a luxury apartment project targeting the younger generation with the meaning of “Home” – “The NEST,” aiming to provide young families with a warm, safe, and stable living space to nurture their families within the MIDORI PARK community.

In his speech at the ceremony, Mr. Ono Masuo, Consul General of Japan in Ho Chi Minh City, shared: “It is truly heartening to see that Binh Duong will continue to welcome a young population flow, which will contribute to the future development of this city. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to all the Vietnamese and Japanese partners who have contributed to the construction and development of the New City of Binh Duong. I wish the MIDORI PARK The NEST project great success and wish Binh Duong continued prosperity.”

Following this, Mr. Oh Dongkun, CEO of Becamex Tokyu, shared: “The MIDORI PARK The NEST project, which is being groundbreaking today, is our seventh condominium project in the New City of Binh Duong. For us, this project holds great significance because it plays an important role in shaping the future of the New City of Binh Duong. This time, we have specially designed the project to help the younger generation – those who will lead the future of both Binh Duong and Vietnam – enjoy life in the most fulfilling and happy way possible.”

On February 28^th, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the Investor, VIPICO One Member Company Limited, held the ground-breaking ceremony for The Legend City project in Lot A20, An Hai Tay Ward, Son Tra District, Da Nang.

This project commemorates the 50th anniversary of the Liberation of Da Nang.
