This morning, October 23rd, 2023, the PMB and representatives of CENTRAL’s BOD were honored to welcome General To Lam – Minister of Public Security to visit the project site.

Started construction in October 2022, E2/A5 is constructed according to the most modern Top-Down construction method today, using 38 kingposts and 38 bored piles with a diameter of 800-1500mm as supporting piles for tunneling. Up to now, the PMB has completed the concrete work up to the 8th floor, completing the entire foundation and basement beams of the project.

Taking on the role of D&B General Contractor, CENTRAL’s PMB is highly appreciated by Minister – General To Lam and he is very satisfied with the capacity of project implementation as well as the quality. Currently, the construction progress is exceeding 6 months. This is the result of PMB’s efforts to ensure the project’s progress, safety, and aesthetic quality. Hope that the project will be put into operation before April 30^th, 2024.

On the morning of September 29^th, 2023, on the occasion of the mid-autumn festival, at Phu Quoc Pearl Island, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Investor – Vinh Phat Investment Joint Stock Company organized the groundbreaking ceremony of Lumera Beach Phu Quoc project.

The ceremony took place solemnly and magnificently with the presence of distinguished guests:

On the guest side:

• Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung – Head of the Management Board of Phu Quoc Economic Zone

Lumera Beach Phu Quoc is a coastal Stay & Chill commercial resort complex with a scale of 5.7 hectares, owning a prime location, one side facing the sea and the other side bordering Tran Hung Dao Street with a width of 60m. Vinh Phat with more than 30 years of establishment, construction and development, especially in the field of Real Estate, the group owns a series of projects with many clean land funds in Vietnam with transparent laws. Notably, Vinh Phat currently owns the Saigon Panorama project of more than 2.4ha located in a prime location on Nguyen Huu Canh Street, next to Saigon Pearl Urban Area, opposite The Manor luxury apartment and the project’s background is Landmark 81 building, which promises to be a key project of the city in the future.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Tran Ngoc Trung – Chairman of Vinh Phat shared: “Lumera Beach Phu Quoc is one of the enthusiastic projects of Vinh Phat, as well as a key project in Pearl Island. Therefore, we have spent a lot of time and enthusiasm to research the most advanced scientific measures to preserve and protect the integrity of nature and environment of the sea and islands. To not only build a commercial resort complex but also create an iconic building, the first attraction of every tourist coming to Phu Quoc.”

Representative of Phu Quoc People’s Committee, Chairman Huynh Quang Hung said: “Lumera Beach will contribute more diversity and richness to tourism, trade and service activities of Phu Quoc City in the future. It is hoped that Vinh Phat and its partners, consultants, and contractors coordinate the implementation of the project, in order to ensure the schedule in terms of quality, beauty & schedule, contributing to the development of Phu Quoc City. Special attention is paid to the night-time economy, creating a top-notch shopping destination.”

In response to the expectations from the Investor and local authorities, the representative of CENTRAL’s Board of Directors, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – Chairman/CEO said: “Central has made its mark in Phu Quoc through a series of projects such as Grand World Phu Quoc Complex, The largest VAP aquarium in Southeast Asia, Palm Garden, Selavia,… Our Board of Directors is very knowledgeable about the market situation, human resources, weather conditions here. Therefore, Central always has appropriate construction plans to best control progress & quality. Central is committed to coordinating with the Project Management Board, Investor, FQM Supervision Consultant to bring the project to the finish line with quality, safety and aesthetics.”

Lumera Beach Phu Quoc is known as a diamond in the heart of the island created from the harmonious combination of tourism, resort, and entertainment elements with Bermuda architecture in the Caribbean. Especially, Lumera Beach’s Shopstays mostly have 2 entrances from the front and back, and most of them have their own cellars for storage, very convenient for trading and business activities.

On the morning of September 15^th, 2023, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation in collaboration with CENTRAL organized the topping out ceremony of Phat Dat Office Building at 39 Pham Ngoc Thach, Vo Thi Sau Ward, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

Phat Dat Office Building is located in a prime location, right in the heart of District 3, City. HCM with a structure of 04 basements and 12 floors built on a land area of 673.5 m2. The project has a modern architectural style and open space to enhance connection and create an ideal working environment for employees of the entire company.

In addition, the building is designed and built according to Leed Gold standards – a certificate issued by the US Green Building Council, highlighting the standards of eco-friendly environment, energy saving, CO2 emission reduction, drainage efficiency, and resource management.

Always confident with the ability to construct quickly and ensure safety when implementing construction projects in the city with high population density, CENTRAL’s PMB has completed the work beyond the expectations of the Investor. At the same time, we continue to carry out the remaining work, ensuring the handover of the project before New Year.

5* Marriott Hotel is a complex of offices, hotels, luxury apartments located in the heart of Hanoi, managed and operated according to international quality standards by Marriott Group.

After finishing the project’s basement with strict technical requirements by the end of June 2023, CENTRAL claimed the trust of the Investor when continuing to perform the body structure and finishing works for the project.

With the ability to construct quickly and the professional working style of quality engineers in many high-rise projects in the inner city, densely populated with high safety measures, CENTRAL is confident to ensure safety man-hours during the work performance and excellent project completion,  exceeding the expectations of the Investor. As soon as the winning bid was received, the PMB quickly deployed resources for the construction.

The project is expected to be completed by August 2024 and welcome its first students.
