On the morning of December 11^th, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the Investor Tuyen Son Housing Development Co., Ltd. held the ground-breaking ceremony of The Estuary project in Hai Chau district, Da Nang city.

The Estuary is a complex of commercial centers combined with high-class apartments with a unique location right at Tien Son Bridge, the center of Hai Chau District, Da Nang City. The project is built on a land area of up to 1.82 hectares, the scale includes 2 basements and 2 40-storey buildings. With a total investment of up to VND 2,300 billion, the project will supply to the market 1,200 products, wishing to bring a first-class living space and extremely high-class experience to the generation of successful residents in Da Nang City.

Accompanying the Investor as the Design and Build General Contractor for Hope Residences Project, Central has made an impression and gained trust when completing and handing over the project in December 2019 in Hanoi. It is also a premise for the bond between the two parties to continue to be the Design and Build General Contractor for The Estuary project.

Speaking at the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Vo Cong Khai – General Director of Tuyen Son Housing Development Joint Stock Company shared: “With the spirit of dedicated work for sustainable values, we together with Central General Contractor and consultants commit to implementing The Estuary Project on schedule,  ensure quality as well as aesthetic value. This will be a sustainable highlight contributing to the modern development of the City, bringing full facilities to residents in the most livable city in Vietnam.”

The Estuary project will be a great boost, inspiration for development and affirmation of sustainable potential, reliability and deservedness for the strong development of the Investor in the coming time.”

On the morning of December 8^th, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Danh Khoi Group organized the Restart Ceremony of Astral City project in Thuan An City, Binh Duong Province.

After the successful ceremony with full of positive energy, in that joyful atmosphere, Central’s PMB immediately coordinated with the supervision consulting unit, the construction subcontractors to arranged the priority work steps scientifically following professional management; using financial resources reasonably for the right purposes and effectively to ensure safe construction work, bring the project to the finish line on schedule and commit to quality./.

On the morning of December 04^th, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with Vingroup to organize the topping out ceremony of The Tropical, Vinhomes Grand Park project, District 9, Ho Chi Minh City.

In Vinhomes Grand Park urban area, CENTRAL has constructed almost the whole area with 12 towers in 3 subdivisions: The Rainbow, The Origami & The Tropical; 357 villas in The River Park and 5 towers in Masteri Centre Point.

The Tropical is a central zone of Vinhomes Grand Park project that conveniently connects and inherits surrounding modern facilities including Vincom Mega Mall, Rodeo Shopping Avenue, VinBus bus station,… promises to creat high-class resort life, promoting the value of the area in the future.

At the ceremony, on behalf of the Project Board of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Bao Khanh – Senior Site Manager thanked partners and subcontractors for coordinating the construction work. Especially, during the construction process, PMB has made efforts to achieve more than 3,000,000 hours of safe labor and topped out the S12.01 tower on schedule. In addition, Central commits that in the near future, the finishing works will be gradually completed and handed over to the Investor with the best quality products.

On the morning of December 1^st, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with Shimizu held the groundbreaking ceremony of Daikin Headquarters Building, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.

The headquarters building has a scale of 3 basements and 13 floors, which is designed, built and operated according to green building standards, energy saving, environment-friendly, ensuring comfort and health for users. After the completion, this will be one of the first buildings in Vietnam as well as in Southeast Asia that can simultaneously meet international standards for green buildings such as Lotus Platinum, LEED V4 and WELL – the office health and comfort standards (USA).

The building is expected to be one of the typical green buildings of  HCMC and Vietnam. It is the hallmark of the project Energy Efficiency Improvement in High-rise and Commercial Buildings in Viet Nam’ (EECB) implemented by the Ministry of Construction, with funding from the Global Environmental Facility, through the United Nations Development Programme (GEF/UNDP)

With the trust from Shimizu, Central is honored and proud to accompany in launching the project as the  Main Contractor for structuring work.

Shimizu is a construction group in the TOP 3 in Japan with 218 years of longevity, famous in the world with many typical projects such as Tokyo City Hall, the tunnel through Tokyo Bay, the suspension bridge over Tokyo Bay, … In Vietnam alone, SHIMIZU has also contributed to building great projects with high complexity and applying scientific and technical achievements in advanced and special construction technologies such as Bai Chay Bridge, Metro Line No. 1 in Ho Chi Minh City,…

The ceremony is also an important milestone in the continuous cooperation and development between Shimizu and Central since 2019. We believe that this cooperation will be expanded and maintain the relationship between the two sides further in the next projects in the future./.

After the construction, updating and finishing strict technical requirements according to international standards from the Investor. On November 2^nd, 2023, Gelex Group and Main Contractor CENTRAL held a groundbreaking ceremony for structuring the body structure.

Fairmont Hotels & Resorts is one of the most prestigious hotels in the world along with its history of 100 years, established in San Francisco in 1907. Fairmont hotels are located near World Heritage Sites such as The Plaza in New York, The Savoy in London, Le Château Frontenac in Quebec, or Fairmont Ambassador Seoul and Fairmont Maldives Sirru Fen Fushi.

6-star Fairmont Hanoi Hotel with a scale of 4 basements, 8 floors with 241 rooms and other ancillary facilities, is built on an area of more than 10,000m2, next to Hoan Kiem Lake in the center of Hanoi. Fairmont Hanoi is the first 6-star heritage hotel in Vietnam designed by two famous companies, Perkins Eastman and Aston Design. This is the most classy resort project, attracting the high-end tourism segment.

On October 27^th, 2023, the closure segment process of the Aerial glass bridge at the Happy One Central – a high-quality apartment complex invested by Van Xuan Group and constructed by the general contractor CENTRAL was officially completed.

Expecting to become the unique architectural icon in Thu Dau Mot City, Binh Duong Province, Happy One Central possesses a striking appearance with a height of 40 floors and an expansive view of the area. In particular, the Aerial glass bridge at a height of nearly 140m will enhance the project’s brand identity and value compared to others in the vicinity. This is the “unique” utility for residents here, also known as the Air bridge, one of 68 top-notch internal facilities.

Possessing a total length of more than 41m and an ideal height of 137.9m, the Aerial glass bridge is designed for earthquake response of level 7 and wind speed of level 11 with the structure of high-strength steel, tempered glass, ensuring good span ability and adapting to the fluctuation of gravity by using the same oscillation of 02 towers. At the same time, the bridge can be used for up to 100 years.

To complete this special item, CENTRAL’s PMB with the experience and construction capacity of a leading contractor has rushed to complete in a short time with quality, aesthetics, and safety committed and absolutely guaranteed. In particular, the materials used for the construction of Aerial glass bridges belong to the high-end segment in the market such as high-strength steel, tempered glass, and modern decorative LED systems.
