CENTRAL, CENTRAL, CENTRAL – the auditorium with 300 employees chanted the name of the Company proudly in the night of the North’s Year End Party, held on the evening of January 11, 2020 at Pan Pacific Hotel, Hanoi.

In 2019, CENTRAL has 8 projects in the North, of which 4 projects were handed over, and 1 project in Ha Long city appointed by the investor at the end of the year. Particularly, the warriors after a period of tempering with determination and determination, together with SMB, excellently completed the Company’s duties. And this drastic, dedicated has been recognized by the Company.

The year-end party is not really a reunion for a group but it is also an extremely important moment when a whole team looks back on the journey in the past year that we have gone and the goals achieved. In his speech, CEO Tran Quang Tuan shared: “In 2019, CENTRAL is pleased to be invited by big customers to bid for a series of their important projects such as plant investor from Taiwan, Keppel. Land – Investor of Empire City, Rivera Point, Capitaland, Mapletree from Singapore, Hong Kong Land, Masteri, Heneiken, … the leading project management consultants in Vietnam such as Tuner, Haskoning, Artelia, Arcadis, Aurecon, … This opens up a lot of potential opportunities for the company. ”

On the eve of the new year, the CEO would like to express his gratitude to all employees and their families, to the warriors who have devoted their time and work away from their family, regardless of day and night and all the occasion to join the company in making proud and high-quality products for investors and the country of Vietnam.

“PROUD” – a word that can be used to describe the emotional level of more than 700 CENTRAL employees in Ho Chi Minh City, Phu Quoc, and Cam Ranh – Nha Trang in a year-end party that took place on the evening of January 2, 2020, at White Palace Exhibition and Convention Center, Pham Van Dong, Ho Chi Minh City.

The ceremony was honored to welcome distinguished guests including the Investor, Supervision Consulting Unit, Bank, Supplier, and Subcontractor.

Ending 2019 with relentless efforts, CENTRAL has completed and handed over 22 projects. It is proud that there is no project delaying in hand-over to the investor. There are even many sites that SMB has completed beyond the 2-month contract progress. And to achieve these great results, it is thanks to the continuous efforts of the company’s staff of more than 1,000 people and the support from partners, customers and a team of more than 12,000 workers working days and nights on all of the CENTRAL sites.

In recognition of the efforts and contributions, in the Year End Party 2019, the BOD honored, individuals and collectives who have made achievements for the overall development of the Company in the past year, including Award of Outstanding Construction Site, Typical Safety Construction Site, Excellent Department, Typical Construction Contractor, Outstanding Site Manager, Outstanding Deputy of Site Manager, Outstanding Supervisor, Outstanding Office Staff.

More and more proud, when besides familiar markets such as Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Cam Ranh – Nha Trang, in 2019, CENTRAL has conquered three more major markets, namely Da Nang, Ha Long, and Phu Quoc. Thus, up to this point, the brand CENTRAL has been present and operated from the North to the South, to the islands of the country.

Year-End Party 2019 brings every employee and guest to more levels of emotion, from PROUD, to honor moments of honor, strength, and determination in every speech of “The Captain”, or to the jubilant moments over the presence of singers Pham Anh Khoa and singer Minh Hang with songs attached to their years. Or that is the gentle, deep moments along with the excitement brought from the internal repertoire that is methodically and creatively. All brought to the audience from surprise to surprise.

The party lasted more than 2 hours and closed in joyful joy. And under CENTRAL’s roof, we continue our unremitting efforts, together, to achieve the common goal set out in accordance with the business philosophy of “BUILD TRUST, CREATE VALUE”. On the eve of the New Year, wishing the CENTRAL Great Family always success and happiness, wishing our customers, partners prosperity.

On two days November 21^st and 22^nd, 2019, Ms. Nguyen Duong Truc Linh – a company’s representative, has run an event to offer gifts to site workers in the North (Vinhomes Smart City; Hope Residences, Syrena; Phenikka University, MIK; Vinmec Times City). These are the key points of CENTRAL in the North trying to timely meet the deadline in the 4^th quarter of 2019 to get ready for plenty of new projects at the beginning of 2020.

The cold breezing is currently approaching to the North, the temperature is decreasing. The year’s end is always the time of high pressure and deadline, and climate change is also a tough difficulty in constructing for CENTRAL warriors.

Understanding deeply these problems, BOD CENTRAL has offered 200 warm clothes to SMB along with spiritual presents as encouragement and boost working morale and collaboration, committing to meet the Investor deadline in time. The event occurred warmly and happily in site zones.

“WINTER WARM CLOTHES” event has successfully come to its second year, hopefully, these visit will enhance working passion as well as energy to our North warriors.

Women are definitely beautiful flowers of life. At CENTRAL, each female staff is always cherished and recorded their efforts by BOD.

On the occasion of the Vietnamese Women Association (October 20th, 1930 – October 20, 2019), CENTRAL has held a one-day picnic at Lan Vuong Tourist area for female staff. This is a company’s special gift for the ladies this time.

A one-day trip of CENTRAL warriors to Ben Tre, a land of coconut.

Ben Tre – a land of coconut – will be a place for outdoor activities of our female warriors.

From the very first light of dawn, our ladies greet a new day with their beauty and excitement. Their energy has been heating up by Lan Vuong Tourist Area’s cheerleaders for the next activities.

Under a shade of coconut trees, our warriors in “ao ba ba” (a Vietnamese traditional Southern clothes) are ready for battle, they will alternatively try one day as a Southern farmer and take part in traditional games such as fishing by droughting trenches, going over rope bridges, “ba la” boat racing, shaking bridges on the river. They are completely into these games, forgetting all of the burdens in life.

Along with our ladies, there are also some male staff. Our BOD representative, Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son – Union President cum Administration Dept. has sent his thanks as well as wishes to our ladies “Even our ladies’ rate is almost 10% in CENTRAL, but we have a variety of fine benefits for them. Each year we have two days to cherish our beauties. Whether they are office workers or construction ones, they are still “steel roses” which are our great backbones. I wish you have a fun trip, beauty, and happiness.”

Going along a Tien river to Chau Thanh district in the evening, the CENTRAL car takes our ladies to ecotourism with picking and eating fruits at the garden. Depending on each season, the garden has a different fruit. This place really excites our ladies.

Our trip ended quite late according to plan, but it has ended well with our ladies, we have a lot of fun together. Once again, we wish you, our “steel roses”, have a lot of health, plentiful happiness, and forever be our backbones!

For sustainable growth and human playing a fundamental part in company success. From the very first day, along with salary benefits and social welfare, CENTRAL always puts healthcare as a top priority.

Then, from 8th to 25th of August, 2019, CENTRAL collaborating with plenty of top prestigious hospital such as Phap Viet Hospital, Manaco Healthcare (south), Medlatec, Hong Ngo (North), 22/12 – Khanh Hoa military (Middle), Vinmec (Phu Quoc) has held a general medical examination for the staff in 3 regions.

Therefore, on the first 2 days of the examination, the staff has been taken a test sample in the office/site zone. After that, depending on each region, the staff will participate in a full test such as optical, facial, throat, nose, teeth, jaw, skin, X-ray, etc. at each clinic, the doctors will diagnose and consult some potential symptoms. So the staff will plan up for healthcare and self-improvement. Besides, detecting sickness at the early stage for treatment.

A whole perspective of general medical examination

The regular medical examination has become one of the company’s annual activities to care about BOD life, and it’s also a highlight of the Company’s Culture contribution. As a record, the activity has successfully inspired and boosted the staff’s working morale for better performance.
