At the topping out ceremony, the Central’s PMB reported the completion of the structure work, marking an important milestone in the implementation process since the commencement in October 2022
The E2/A5 office building is a project invested in comprehensively and particularly by the Department of Cyber Security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention. Therefore, the construction work requires the PMB to focus maximally, and meticulously in each construction phase, while ensuring absolute quality and safety during implementation. Currently, the construction progress is more than 6 months ahead of the planned schedule according to the signed Contract

The Autodesk ASEAN Innovation Awards 2023 are held annually by Autodesk Corporation (USA) in Singapore to celebrate the people, projects, and technologies behind companies in the architecture, engineering, and construction sectors. With a rigorous award process, the Autodesk ASEAN Innovation Awards 2023 is considered one of the most prestigious industry awards today.
According to business representatives, this award not only recognizes the capacity of engineers and experts but also the achievement of the digital transformation journey that Central has implemented since its date of establishment.
BIM solution with the support of Autodesk software that Central has applied helps to offer optimal construction plans, accurately calculate workload, synchronize the technique of “structure – finishing – M&E and interior”, thereby minimizing errors arising, waste of materials, centralized management of resources and improve work efficiency. Efforts in business have taken Central far up the rankings, winning the trust of partners and customers. At the end of 2023, Central was honored in the Top 100 Best Workplaces in Vietnam ranking from Anphabe – Consultant on employer branding and happy working environment.

Rang Dong Industrial Park (Aurora IP) project is invested and built on an area of 520ha, focusing on the textile and garment industry, especially the textile and dyeing segment, towards localizing production of 1 billion meters of fabric by 2025. Central takes the role of General Contractor for the construction of items including: Asphalt roads for the whole area; Utility trench; Water supply system; Rainwater drainage system; Sewage drainage system; High and medium-voltage electrical systems’ Power and Lighting systems and Telecommunication system.
The groundbreaking ceremony took place successfully and Central’s PMB with the spirit of excitement and enthusiasm, immediately proceeded to carry out the first works of the project.

On the morning of December 12th, 2023, Central Construction Joint Stock Company cooperated with Toshin Development (Japan) to organize the topping out ceremony of The Dewey Schools Ocean Park Project at Vinhomes Ocean Park Gia Lam Urban Area, Hanoi.
The PMB has completed the project structure within only 4 months, exceeding the schedule by 3 weeks while ensuring the strict requirements of technical and aesthetic criteria from the Investor.

While a series of construction companies suffered a sharp decline in revenue due to the fluctuations in the real estate market and the economy last year, Central Construction Joint Stock Company still steadily “reached the finish line” with a series of large-scale projects.
“Collection” of VND-trillion projects
In early December 2023, Central General Contractor in collaboration with Shimizu General Contractor (Japan) held the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Daikin Office Headquarters in the heart of District 3, Ho Chi Minh City.
A week later, the Astral City (Binh Duong) with a CFA of 536,000 m2 was restarted by Central General Contractor and Investor Danh Khoi, the project site with a scale of 3 basements and 8 40-storey towers including 5,000 apartments in Thuan An City, Binh Duong province, with Central as the General Contractor for Design & Build, has been bustling again.
Only 3 days later, Central General Contractor continued to start construction of The Estuary with a scale of 2 basements and 2 40-storey towers with an investment capital of up to VND 2,300 billion in Hai Chau District, Da Nang City.
Towards the end of the year, the list of VND-trillion projects “constructed” by the Central General Contractor will be extended with a series of new large-scale projects. Not only that, in the field of industrial real estate in mid-December 2023, Central General Contractor continues to announce the signing ceremony of the contract for infrastructure construction of Rang Dong Industrial Park, Nam Dinh (AURORA IP) with an area of 520 hectares and the development orientation to become a Smart – Ecological Textile Industrial Park, using machinery and equipment according to Japanese industrial standards that meet the criteria of energy saving and environmental friendliness.
In addition, there are a series of other high-class projects being implemented by Central General Contractor in 2023 such as: The first 6-star Fairmont Heritage Hotel in the central of Hanoi, which is one of the most prestigious hotel brands in the world with a history of more than 100 years under Accor S.A.; Lumera Beach Phu Quoc, the first luxury resort project from Vinh Phat Group, a global famous ST25 rice producer and exporter; Etown 6 Office Building with a basement depth equivalent to 7 basements from the investor REE Corp; Emasi Plus International School in Waterpoint Urban Area, Long An from Khai Sang Education Group, is the Investor of Renaissance and Emasi international schools; The Dewey Ocean Park International School of Toshin Development Corporation (Japan) in Hanoi, is known as the real estate developer who owns the famous Takashimaya department store chain.
