CENTRAL RECOGNIZED AS VIETNAM VALUE 2026

On 29 August 2026, the Minister of Industry and Trade issued Decision No. 2136/QĐ-BTC recognizing for the 10th Vietnam Value program in 2026. A total of 499 products from 227 enterprises were recognized after meeting the program’s prescribed criteria.

According to the published list, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company has been recognized as Vietnam Value 2026 for two products/services: General Contractor and MEP General Contractor. The recognition marks an important milestone in CENTRAL’s 10-year development journey, while acknowledging the company’s sustained efforts to create long-term value, establish itself as a pioneering Vietnamese construction enterprise, and bring a Vietnamese construction brand to the global market.

Founded in June 2017, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company emerged as a promising new enterprise in Vietnam’s construction market and has since recorded rapid growth. Over nearly a decade, the company has steadily expanded its operations, bringing together more than 1,390 employees and over 15,000 construction workers involved in the delivery of more than 200 projects across Vietnam and international markets. With General Contractor at its core, CENTRAL has continuously strengthened its capabilities across structural works, finishing and MEP systems, while more recently expanding into the Infrastructure sector. Its infrastructure portfolio includes major projects such as the Dinh Khao Bridge under a public-private partnership (PPP), Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge in Nha Trang, and the 350 km/h Can Gio – Ben Thanh high-speed railway.

The company has also continued to invest in advanced machinery, equipment and technologies, while standardizing its management, construction and quality-control processes. Its continued success in securing major projects from reputable developers in Vietnam reflects its ability to meet stringent requirements for technical performance and safety, while maintaining high standards of construction quality and aesthetics. These efforts have contributed to strengthening CENTRAL’s position, brand and reputation in the construction market.

CENTRAL is currently directly managing the construction of international projects with a team of carefully selected and professionally trained engineers and skilled workers

When the company began expanding into international markets in late 2023, CENTRAL sought to move beyond the conventional perception of Vietnamese workers overseas as simply a source of labor. Instead, it has pursued a broader approach by bringing Vietnamese construction management, engineering and execution capabilities deeper into the global construction value chain. Building on its capabilities, CENTRAL has positioned itself as an International General Contractor and has deployed more than 50 Vietnamese engineers to manage and operate projects, alongside more than 700 skilled workers, across demanding markets including Taiwan, Thailand, Cambodia, Saudi Arabia and Israel. For CENTRAL, operating overseas means more than taking the company’s name into international markets. It also means representing the reputation, brand and image of Vietnam.

Being recognized as Vietnam Value 2026 is a source of pride for CENTRAL, but it also establishes a new benchmark for the company’s future development. Following the recognition, CENTRAL has prepared plans to continue participating in and contributing to the Vietnam Value Program, while making effective use of the Vietnam Value emblem. The company aims to strengthen its position in the domestic market, accelerate its expansion into international markets, and contribute to bringing Vietnamese construction brands to a wider global audience. CENTRAL recognizes that joining the ranks of brands representing Vietnam also entails greater responsibility. Its business activities, conduct and operating standards must continue to meet the highest benchmarks. Accordingly, the company’s development strategy is not solely focused on commercial returns, but on pursuing business growth in parallel with the prosperity and sustainable development of the country.

CENTRAL remains committed to pursuing a sustainable development strategy and continuously translating that commitment into action, with the aim of contributing to the reputation of Vietnamese capabilities and brands on the international stage.

The Vietnam Value Program is the Government’s distinctive, long-term and dedicated trade promotion program, with the Ministry of Industry and Trade serving as its standing agency in coordination with relevant ministries, sectors and organizations. Launched in 2003, the program aims to strengthen Vietnam’s national brand by supporting enterprises in building and developing strong brands in domestic and international markets. It also seeks to promote Vietnam as a country with an advanced production base and a wide range of high-quality goods and services, thereby enhancing national competitiveness and strengthening the position of Vietnamese brands at home and abroad.
