The Project faces many challenges for its crowded location. However, with a determined working spirit and appropriate construction methods, the SMB achieved the quality & progress as planned. With their efforts, at the topping-out ceremony, the Investor’s representative awarded a certificate of 700,000 safe working hours for the construction site. With Blue Sky Mega Residence, CENTRAL was the General Contractor for structure, finishing, electromechanics, and infrastructure. In addition, the building has an outdoor swimming pool of international standards with moderate depth, suitable for children of preschool age.
CMC Creative Space
CMC Tower project is located at Tan Thuan EPZ, District 7, HCMC. This is the most modern and massive office building in the whole Tan Thuan EPZ up to the present time. CENTRAL as the Main Contractor of the basement structure, building, completing 3 blocks (Block A, Block B, Block DC), and some other extra constructions.
3Bees Office Building
The project has been designed with a modern office building style, 2 basements, and 12 floors. It is conveniently located in the main street of Nguyen Van Troi – the entrance to the city center, which is very good for transportation. The project is estimated with a high level of complication. To make a fine preparation for it, the company’s BOD as well as SMB has offered some finest solutions, applying BIM for construction methods, shop-drawing, conflict inspection, and weight estimation. Besides, SMB has made an effective collaboration with plenty of departments, especially the Construction Engineering Dept to make sure safe construction within a city.
