Diamond Sky High-End Apartment and Commercial Center

Diamond Sky – A Landmark Residential in a Prime Urban

Located within Van Phuc City, a riverside urban complex along the Saigon River, Diamond Sky benefits from a 3.4-kilometer riverfront park, strategic connectivity along National Highway 13, and proximity to the future Metro Line 3B. As Van Phuc Group’s first high-rise residential project in Ho Chi Minh City, Diamond Sky is developed on nearly two hectares of land with low construction density and a clear orientation toward green urban development.

Amid increasing inner-city land scarcity and rising market demand for legally transparent, high-quality housing, Diamond Sky is expected to meet premium residential needs while offering strategic investment opportunities, contributing to shaping the future of the high-end apartment segment in Ho Chi Minh City.

SARENE Residence & Commercial Complex

The SARENE Residence & Commercial Complex is envisioned as a next-generation real estate product, benefiting from outstanding advantages in riverfront landscape, ecological environment, and a large-scale riverside park system, along with a well-integrated transportation network. With dedicated investment from the Investor, the project is expected to deliver a distinctive high-end residential product, worthy of its prime location within the Sala Urban Area.

The podium is planned as a multi-functional Shop Apartment complex, integrating residential and commercial uses, surrounding the apartment towers with a well-balanced construction density. Community spaces are meticulously designed to ensure harmony, connectivity, and modern architectural aesthetics. Notably, the project enjoys direct connectivity to Metro Line No. 2 and major expressways, significantly reducing travel time between Ho Chi Minh City, Long Thanh International Airport, and Tan Son Nhat International Airport, thereby enhancing long-term value and development potential.

Landscape Works of Phan Dinh Phung Stadium Park

The landscape project of Phan Dinh Phung Stadium Park is one of 9 land plots directed by the HCMC People’s Committee to be reviewed and temporarily transformed into parks and flower gardens in the former Districts 1 and 3. The project was invested in by Phat Dat and implemented by CENTRAL and partner units under the theme “An Ecological Forest in the Heart of the City,” aiming to create a green space of significant landscape, ecological, and spiritual value for the city’s residents.

Bridge No.1 & Bridge No.2 – Can Gio Sea Reclamation Tourism Urban Area

The Bridge No.1 & Bridge No.2 – Can Gio Sea Reclamation Tourism Urban Area are located along the main axis connecting to the northern T6 route in the Can Thanh area of Can Gio Commune. The main roadway is designed to meet urban arterial street standards, with a design speed of 60 km/h, in compliance with TCVN 13592:2022 and QCVN 07-4:2023/BXD. The primary bridge span measures 390 meters and features a steel arch structure with composite steel deck girders. The bridge is 29 meters wide, comprising four motor vehicle lanes, two mixed-traffic lanes, and two pedestrian sidewalks. Approach bridges utilize precast Super-T prestressed reinforced concrete girders—an optimal technical solution ensuring both construction efficiency and long-term durability.

Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge – Khanh Hoa Province

Designed as a modern arch bridge using a combination of steel and reinforced concrete structures, the project includes two independent spans to ensure safe, flexible, and sustainable long-term operation. Nguyen Tat Thanh Bridge is a strategic transportation infrastructure project situated along the key corridor connecting Nha Trang City, Cam Lam District, and Cam Ranh International Airport. The bridge will facilitate mobility, urban expansion, and socio-economic connectivity in southern Khanh Hoa Province.

It is also positioned as a “strategic infrastructure artery,” symbolizing synchronized development between transportation infrastructure and modern urban planning in the Cam Lam – South Khanh Hoa area.
