On the morning of December 4, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with the developer BIM Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Sky M – A Mixed-Use Commercial Service Complex And Serviced Apartment Development in Bai Chay Ward, Quang Ninh Province.
The event was attended by senior leaders of both organizations, along with representatives from consulting units, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Earlier, on October 25, 2025, CENTRAL and BIM Group held the Sky M signing ceremony for the construction partnership at InterContinental Ha Long Resort. The collaboration aims to introduce a modern beachfront residential product designed in a resort-inspired style, located in one of northern Vietnam’s most promising tourism and leisure destinations — the UNESCO-recognized Ha Long Bay.

Through multiple joint projects, BIM Group has steadily increased its trust in CENTRAL. From previously shared construction scopes to now awarding a full-package contract for Sky M, the decision reflects a long-standing relationship strengthened through years of cooperation and shifting market conditions.
