Speaking at the event, Dr. Dang Viet Dung, Chairman of VFCEA, acknowledged the construction sector’s contributions despite economic headwinds: “Despite numerous challenges, the construction industry continues to play a vital role in national development. In recent years, the Government and the Ministry of Construction have introduced breakthrough policies such as the one-million social housing units program, smart urban development, BIM adoption, promotion of green materials, and digital transformation. Thanks to these initiatives, Vietnamese enterprises have not only mastered technology and improved management, but also created high-quality products capable of competing globally.”

CENTRAL is aligning closely with these national strategies by building a comprehensive digital ecosystem, incorporating platforms such as ERP, Bravo, Power BI, Office 365, Cloud Server, and e.Office, ensuring end-to-end data connectivity, transparency, and timely decision-making. In parallel, the company has implemented performance management tools like KPI frameworks and the RACI governance model—enabling precise task delegation, robust progress tracking, and alignment between day-to-day operations and long-term strategic goals.

A Pioneer in Social Housing Development

CENTRAL has also positioned itself as a pioneer in social housing development, contributing to the Government’s housing vision for low-income communities. The company’s first social housing project, Hope Residences (Long Bien, Hanoi), launched in 2018, consists of five high-rise towers with two basement levels, delivering more than 1,500 standardised apartments. More than just residential units, the project is widely recognised as a model for social housing in Hanoi, offering a full range of internal amenities including a preschool, shopping centre, community spaces, children’s playgrounds, and open green areas. This project reflects CENTRAL’s dedication to delivering humane, inclusive, and sustainable living environments for underprivileged populations.

Following the success of Hope Residences, CENTRAL is further advancing its commitment through two major developments: Tien Duong 1 Project – Dong Anh, Hanoi & Vinhomes Happy Home Cam Ranh – Khanh Hoa. Located in Hanoi’s Đông Anh District and covering nearly 45 hectares with a total investment exceeding VND 9,300 billion, the Tien Duong 1 project is a large-scale social housing initiative in which CENTRAL is both a co-investor and construction contractor. The project will supply more than 3,100 social housing units, alongside comprehensive technical infrastructure, public utilities, educational institutions, and green spaces. Positioned as a flagship social housing model in Northern Hanoi, the project is expected to serve workers, civil servants, and residents in an area earmarked for development into a smart satellite city of the capital.

In the southern province of Khanh Hoa, CENTRAL is spearheading construction at the Vinhomes Happy Home Cam Ranh project. Spanning over 24.5 hectares, this development will feature approximately 3,600 social housing units and integrated facilities such as schools, healthcare centres, sports zones, and recreational green spaces. This marks CENTRAL’s first social housing venture in Khanh Hoa, contributing to the province’s strategic urbanisation goals and supporting the transformation of Cam Lam–Cam Ranh into a new growth hub of Vietnam’s South Central Coast.
