Continuing the chain of success in the third quarter of 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company (CENTRAL) has been awarded the main construction contract for the Tahoe Ho Tay Office and Commercial Complex, a prestigious project developed by Singapore-based real estate group Mapletree. The project represents a major milestone for CENTRAL, reinforcing its growing reputation and trusted capabilities in delivering complex, high-value developments for international clients.
A New Icon at Ho Tay
Located on plot B3-CC2A in the West of Ho Tay urban area of Hanoi, the Tahoe Ho Tay project spans a land area of 13,600 square meters and boasts a total construction floor area of approximately 135,000 square meters. The development will feature three basement levels and a 37-storey tower that integrates premium office space with a modern shopping mall. Positioned to become a landmark in the capital’s skyline, Tahoe Ho Tay exemplifies next-generation urban architecture.
The project benefits from a “diamond” location with triple frontage along Nguyen Phuc Chu, Nguyen Phuc Thai, and Xuan Tao streets. It enjoys seamless access to Hanoi’s arterial roads and is poised to capitalize on the synchronized master planning of the broader Tay Ho Tay zone. According to Savills, over 240,000 m² of new Grade A office space is expected to be added to Tay Ho Tay by 2028, transforming the area into a major hub for multinational corporations, financial institutions, and high-tech enterprises. Within this urban evolution, Tahoe Ho Tay stands out as a signature project shaping the region’s identity and economic potential.
Green Building, Sustainable Vision
Tahoe Ho Tay is not only remarkable in scale but also exemplary in its commitment to sustainability. The project is being developed to meet LEED BD+C Gold standards—one of the world’s most recognized certifications for sustainable building design and construction. This reflects Mapletree’s long-term commitment to energy efficiency, environmental responsibility, and creating high-quality, future-ready living and working environments.
