Libera Nha Trang – A Beacon of Luxury by the Sea
Dubbed the “tourism heart” of Central Vietnam, Nha Trang attracted over 10.6 million visitors in 2024 alone — a testament to its growing global appeal. Seizing this momentum, the Libera Nha Trang complex emerges as a new symbol of high-end coastal living, poised to reshape the local tourism and real estate landscape.
Nestled along the scenic Bai Tien coastline, the 44-hectare development boasts 2 kilometers of beachfront and a rare “mountain-back, sea-facing” topography. Envisioned as a self-contained resort city, Libera features luxury villas, vibrant commercial townhouses, a cultural arts center, and world-class entertainment amenities. The involvement of premier hotel operators such as Melia Hotels International and Accor Group further elevates the new symbol of high-end tourism in Central Vietnam forward to a destination of choice for affluent travelers worldwide.
CENTRAL – A Proven Leader in MEP
More than a reputable General Contractor, CENTRAL continues to affirm its expertise in MEP through a portfolio of large-scale, high-end projects across Vietnam. These include Alma Resort Cam Ranh (Israel), Ana Mandara Cam Ranh (Sovico), Empire City (Keppel Land), Sol Forest, UOA (Malaysia), Vinhomes Grand Park, and Happy One Central, among others.
Expanding beyond domestic borders, CENTRAL is also making its mark internationally. In Taiwan, the company is currently executing MEP works for two major projects: the Taipei Twin Towers — featuring the tallest structure at 73 storeys — and the Zhongya Anju. Combined, these contracts are valued at nearly VND 1,000 billion, underscoring CENTRAL’s strategic progress in globalizing its MEP capabilities to meet international standards.
A key differentiator for CENTRAL lies in its adoption of cutting-edge technologies, particularly Building Information Modeling (BIM), which integrates structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines from the design phase. This approach streamlines coordination, optimizes costs, minimizes technical risks, reduces waste, and ensures quality and schedule adherence.
With a highly experienced and tech-savvy engineering team committed to innovation, CENTRAL is well-positioned to deliver comprehensive, efficient, and sustainable MEP solutions — driving forward its vision to become Vietnam’s top-tier General Contractor with a global footprint.
