On June 10, 2025, Central Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with Duy Trung Y Investment Joint Stock Company, officially commenced the TD Tower Office and Commercial Building project Ground-Breaking Ceremony at 63 Vo Nguyen Giap Street, Thao Dien Ward, Thu Duc City, Ho Chi Minh City.
The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by the investor, Vietinbank, architectural consultancy ARDOR, structural and MEP design consultants RFR Phap Viet, quality management firm FQM, and the general contractor, CENTRAL.

From the initial design phase, the project incorporates green building solutions aim to reduce energy consumption by up to 42.75%, water use by 42.69%, and embodied energy in materials by 47.03%. These initiatives support Vietnam’s sustainable development goals and underscore the project’s commitment to environmentally friendly construction, aligning with the national “Net Zero” emission target.
Situated along Vo Nguyen Giap Boulevard—an essential thoroughfare connecting directly with Ho Chi Minh City’s center—the TD Tower stands out as the first office and commercial project in Thao Dien to receive Green Edge certification. Its proximity to Thao Dien Metro Station (Line 1: Ben Thanh – Suoi Tien) enhances its strategic value and connectivity.
