In the morning of June 18, 2020, at The Reverie Saigon, Time Square, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Investor – Phat Dat Real Estate Development Joint Stock Company held the “Signing ceremony of investment cooperation and partnership co-operating with Binh Duong High-class Apartment & Trading Center project” with CENTRAL and major partners including Danh Khoi, Turner, Kohler – Rita Vo and Aka Furniture.

Binh Duong commercial and luxury apartment center has a scale of 536,000 m2 of the floor, built on an area of 3.7 hectares, including 3 basements and 8 towers 40 floors with a total of 5,000 apartments. The project is located on the front of National Highway 13, about 30-minute away from Ho Chi Minh City, 1km away from VSIP Industrial Park. Total investment is about 8,282 billion.

CENTRAL is the General Contractor of the design and construction of the project; Turner is responsible for construction supervision; AKA Furniture Joint Stock Company is a provider of high-end interior solutions.

Mr. Bui Quang Anh Vu – General Director said: “Phat Dat with experience in developing many high-end projects in Ho Chi Minh City and other provinces, we realize that Binh Duong has all the advantages and potentials to become the “Where there is a good land, the birds will build a nest”. Binh Duong is an area that has received a lot of attention on attracting investment projects. In addition, Binh Duong is the only province in the whole country to be honored by the 21 World Smart Community Forum (ICF) for one of the 21 regions with the typical smart city development strategy of the world. With the cooperation of a series of big brands, it is believed that the project of Binh Duong Commercial Center and Luxury Apartment will create a buzz and be the hot spot for customers and investors to come to Thuan An – Nuclear city of Binh Duong

This morning, June 10, 2020, at 24 Nguyen Thi Nghia, District 1, Tp. HCM, CENTRAL, and the Central Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company 2 Investor organized the Commencement Ceremony of the Phytopharma Office Building Project.

The ceremony had the presence of:

Together with the participation of the project steering committee and partners.

Phytopharma Office Tower Project with 3 basements and 17 floors, is located in a prime location of the golden land at District 1. Throughout the process of quotes, site surveys and demonstrate technical competence, progress, and safety. CENTRAL was honored to be trusted by the Investor as the General Contractor for the construction of bored piles, diaphragm walls, tunnel structures, trunk, and MEP finishing. Accordingly, the progress of construction and handover to the Investor is 14.5 months.

The project is located in the heart of the city, so the Project Executive Board should have a thorough and careful survey plan during the construction process. Coordinate closely with the Management Department of construction techniques of the Company to provide measures to ensure quality, safety progress in strict accordance with strict requirements from the Investor.

 CENTRAL with the role as General Contractor for structural, finishing, and MEP of L17 Tower is located in Division I. CENTRAL received the ground of L17 after 1 month compared to other units but up to the present time, this is the first court in the whole area to be handed over to the investors of 499/499 apartments, 15/15 Shophouse, and other public areas.

Over 16 months of construction, on 15 May , 2020, the SMB officially closed the L17 court, this is a milestone marking the achievement of all the SMB members who have made constant efforts during the past time to bring the project finishes on schedule, quality, aesthetics and receives high appreciation from investors.

After a long period of careful preparation, on the morning of February 26, 2020, Phat Dat Investor and CENTRAL held the commencement ceremony of the “Phat Dat Binh Duong High-end Apartment & Shopping Center” Project.

Located at the front of Highway 13, this is a very large-scale project next to Aeon Mall Binh Duong and Song Be Golf yard:

• Land area: 3.73 hectares
• GFA: 530,000 m2. Scale 3 Basements + 8 Building with 40 floors

Accordingly, business activities are effective. I want CENTRAL and all other partners to cooperate and build together. Priority is safety, followed by quality and progress. We are all committed to that”.

Responding to the Investor’s trust and respect, CEO Tran Quang Tuan continued: “I am honored to be here to join all parties to organize the Commencement Ceremony of a very large-scale project and has a prime location on the main road connecting Binh Duong to Ho Chi Minh City. With the trust from the Investor, CENTRAL determines that it is necessary to make every effort to implement the responsibility of bringing the Project on schedule, achieving the highest quality and safety”.

When the focus of the real estate market is on the suburb of Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Shopping Center & Luxury Apartment is not only the perfect piece for local Economic – Infrastructure development but also the opportunities for sustainable profitability for Investors in the near future. Thereby, promoting development through facilities connecting infrastructure, the growth of industrial parks, entertainment centers, the increase of the young population, foreign experts, etc.

After the Commencement Ceremony, the SMB urgently implemented the construction of mass piles and the tunnel. The total progress of completing and handing over the Project is 26 months.

On the morning of February 23^th, 2020, at 281 Nguyen Van Troi street, Ward 10, Phu Nhuan District, HCMC, there is a topping ceremony of the 3Bees Office Building.

The project was completed 30 days earlier than planned.

In this project, CENTRAL is a general contractor in structure, finishing, and MEP. After continuously building in 8 months, the investor is really pleased with the performance, especially they highly appreciate the consultation, risk solutions that have given and applied in building progress, this provides a great speed of better and higher quality for the project.

3Bees Office Building is a construction within a city, so the work in the construction process should be ensured safety, parallel requirements of quality and progress must also be ensured. The construction time for handing over to the owner put into use is May 05/2020.

Two towers of Cove Residences are located at the front of Sai Gon river. The tower material for these two is the top highest quality. Therefore, Cove Residences are considered as a “Precious Pearl” in the Empire City project.

Concerning choosing CENTRAL as the General Contractor, Mr. Vo Sy Nhan – General Director of Empire City shared: “This is the first project of the EMPIRE CITY Investor – Emperor City and CENTRAL. Cove Residences is one of the most important towers because it is considered one of the most luxurious apartments in Ho Chi Minh City.

In addition, Empire City has a convenient geographical location, which will help the construction work of Contractors, project partners, and suppliers take place consistently.

In his speech, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan, representative of the CENTRAL contractor, thanked EMPIRE CITY Investor for the trust and appreciation, also determined that the contractor’s role and responsibility for the Project must be successfully completed.
