In an annual activities to strengthen the relationship and relaxation for the staff, CENTRAL has successfully carried out a teambuilding for the North staff in 4-6 of June and 19 – 21 of June in Cat Ba Resort, Hai Phong.

The first step of the conquest.

Everybody were in an awe of this place. Hundreds of beaches and waves. After relaxing, the staff together overcome the obstacles by the organizers with a burning passion and teamwork. Everybody also feels each other spirit both at work as well as at games.

Along with these teambuilding activities, HR department had a lecture “INSPIRE THE STAFF” by Lam Minh Chanh – SAM trainer head and Hoang Quoc Quyen – VINFAST CEO of service department. The lecture is like a surprised gift for the staff to enhance soft skills and think positively in any circumstances, live with reasons, and work with purposes.

The amazing Gala night has come, everybody is bursted out with music, delicious food, exciting performances etc. by CENTRAL Warriors. The simply wonderful performances have a walm welcome for all people.

The 2019 North teambuilding has been ended successfully with excitement. The Challenge conquest will spread to the Central and the South.

Following the successful of Green Day compaign in 2018, the last days of April and early May 2019 the atmosphere at CENTRAL’s construction sites became bustling and lively with the weekly Sanitation Hour campaign – GREEN HOUR.

This campaign launched by the Safety Department with goal “FOR A GREEN AND CLEAN CONSTRUCTION SITE” to raise awareness, ensure environmental hygiene at site. Join the campaign this time besides the Safety Department, Site Management Board also has the participation of the partners at the CENTRAL project.

Although newly launched in the first week, GREEN HOUR received a strong response from all brothers and sisters at most projects every Saturday afternoon.

Accordingly, Safety Department has a strong determination to maintain overall hygiene in the work / construction areas and the whole landscape around the site is always clean, tidy.

Through this meaningful activity, the campaign created excitement among the staff. At the same time, to enhance awareness of green living – friendly with nature, create a culture at work with simple actions. It’s a small habit, but it’s very effective, the spread of positive habits is great.

Continues to the visit and encourage activities of the field in 2019. From from April 16th to April 19th, 2019, Media Dept combine with HR dept has visited and encouraged the staff in the North and South areas including Hope Residences, Vinmec Times City, Vinhomes Smart City, Thach Ban Lakeside Villas, Phenikaa University, Syrena Hotel & Apartment Complex và Grand World Phu Quoc.

Representative of the company, Ms Nguyen Duong Truc Linh (Media Manager) has expressed their interest and acknowledgment of staff contributions during the past. Thereby, Ms Truc Linh also have some encouragement and inspire to Site Management Board for more motivation to accomplish well tasks, business plan set out this year.

On morning April, 26th 2019, Hope Residences officially topping 5 Tower, 21 floors, including 2 basements 16,000 m2. At Vinmec Times City has topped out sucvessfully in Deccember, 2018 and handover for investor in June, 2019. These are two of CENTRAL’s key sites because of the “heat” of the work and the harsh “heat” of hot weather in the North of the summer.

On the occasion of the International Women’s Day, March 8, 2019, CENTRAL organized welcome activities to honor the positive contributions of women to the development of the Company in the past.

The ceremony was held in a very poetic space in Binh Quoi 2 tourist area, Ho Chi Minh City. On behalf of the Board of Directors and male colleagues, Mr. Tran Kim Dien (HR Manager), Mr. Duong Nguyen Hoang Son (Chief of Office), Mr. Mao Vi Cuong (Head of Safety Department) and Mr. Nguyen Dinh Hieu (Head of Iso) has sent fresh flowers and meaningful gifts to the CENTRAL Beauties along with the best wishes and the most dear. Mr. Tran Kim Dien said: “Women play an important role in family life and especially work in a specific field such as Construction Industry, CENTRAL women in particular are extremely “Steel Roses” enthusiastic and dedicated. Please always be very solid rear to make men be comfortable to work. On this occasion, the General Director sent his gratitude, visit and warm wishes to all women.”

After the Ceremony to honor with many interesting wishes and games, CENTRAL trade union also gives women a very meaningful and practical gifts, which is the part shared with the topic “Building personal brand – Successful leverage in work and life” from speaker Danny Vo Thanh Dang. His exchange were responded and exchanged enthusiastically, brought joy, laughter and useful knowledge which can be applied right into the daily work life.

Sharing feelings from Ms. Tran Thi Bich Tuyen (CCM Department): “The women were very surprised, feeling warm with the preparation of feat and thoughtful organization from the Organizing Committee, from gifts, fresh flowers to the interesting and useful sharing session, can see the deep caring, the affection that the Board of Directors of the Company for our sisters.”

For the Northern region, the March 8 air is also flooded throughout the Office to the construction sites through entertainment activities for the women, in parallel, the Company also sent practical gifts to sisters earlier. Particularly in the office this morning also organized to give flowers and very cute gifts to the sisters unexpectedly. Hope that the affection of men for women will always be full and remain in the heart of the “CENTRAL Steel Roses”, beautiful memories of a loving March 8.

In the bustling atmosphere of flowers blooming with the bright spring sunshine, on the morning of February 10, 2019 (on the 6th of the Lunar New Year), CENTRAL organized a ceremony to celebrate the opening of the “New Year” at the head office in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi branch office and throughout the national construction sites.

In the New Year ceremony of 2019, staff received lucky money as a simple gratitude that General Director Tran Quang Tuan wanted to extend to everyone along with the message of “Wish all the staff a committed, progressive, eager to learn spirit to improve productivity, improve connection and discipline in the organization. Wish the staff Steady Power to continue conquering all the challenges on the way. We wish CENTRAL people always good health and great success”.

The meeting “Celebrating the year of the Pig ” bring people closer together with the motto of “CENTRAL people always devote their love and responsibility, professional ethics to achieve new heights and overcome challenges to achieve high achievements in 2019.

The program “New Year ceremony” ended with the joy and determination of all CENTRAL staff for the 2019 journey that is starting. In that spirit, all staff will start work on February 11, 2019. Once again, the Board of Directors would like to give the best wishes for a year full of confidence and determination ahead.
