Following the strong success of the 2025 Year-End Conference in the Southern region, on January 24, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company continued to organize the 2025 Year-End Conference for the Northern and Central regions, held simultaneously at Vinpalace Co Loa (Hanoi) and Novotel Da Nang. The event was attended by the Company’s BOD and brought together more than 500 employees and invited guests, creating a solemn, cohesive, and inspiring atmosphere that connected all three regions of the country.
During the program, a highlight video reviewing CENTRAL’s 2025 journey was presented, vividly portraying a year marked by relentless effort and perseverance. Through these moments, employees had the opportunity to reflect on a year filled with challenges and pressure, yet also overflowing with pride in the achievements collectively created by the CENTRAL team.
Speaking at the Northern Region Conference, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – Chairman of CENTRAL, expressed his sincere appreciation for the unwavering dedication and contributions of the entire CENTRAL team, which led to significant accomplishments in 2025, including: A flexible management model; A resilient and disciplined workforce and most notably, the steadfast commitment to CENTRAL’s core professional philosophy: “Every project is the Investor’s honor and our own professional commitment.”
Encouraging and expressing gratitude to the Central region workforce, Mr. Chau Anh Tuan emphasized: “The Central region is a strategic area for CENTRAL. We pursue selective growth—building each project, each team, and each partnership with solid foundations. As we enter 2026, CENTRAL has clearly defined its spirit of action: ‘STAY FOCUSED – MOVE FASTER.’ I firmly believe that with a foundation built on discipline, capability, and trust, CENTRAL Central Region is fully prepared to step into 2026 with greater stability, proactiveness, and strength.”
At the Northern & Central Regions Year-End Conference, CENTRAL also honored and expressed appreciation to hundreds of subcontractors and labor partners currently working across projects in the region, acknowledging their essential role in the Company’s overall success.
To recognize and celebrate the persistent dedication and contributions of employees throughout 2025, the BOD held a commendation ceremony, presenting awards to outstanding teams and individuals as a meaningful gesture of gratitude and timely encouragement for exceptional performance.
The program concluded with a warm and intimate celebration banquet, where colleagues shared joy over the achievements of the past year, participated in a lucky draw featuring valuable prizes, and reaffirmed their determination to stay united and committed as they move forward into a new journey filled with inner strength and breakthrough ambitions.
