On the morning of June 23, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company, in collaboration with BIM Group, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Aria Bay Ha Long Project in Bai Chay Ward, Ha Long City, Quang Ninh Province.
The ceremony was held in a formal atmosphere with the participation of representatives from the Investor, CENTRAL as the General Contractor, together with project partners, subcontractors, and suppliers.

As the General Contractor for the Aria Bay Ha Long Project, with a total CFA of 253,933 m², CENTRAL is committed to mobilizing its full capabilities and resources to deliver a key component of the Halong Marina Urban Area development vision overlooking the World Heritage Bay. Located on Peninsula 3 of Halong Marina, Aria Bay forms part of the Marina Bayfront District, a master-planned waterfront destination envisioned to become an internationally recognized tourism and lifestyle hub.
Against the backdrop of increasingly limited coastal land resources in Ha Long, Aria Bay Ha Long enjoys a prime seafront location with unobstructed views of Ha Long Bay, introducing the “Front Row Life” concept-offering residents a truly front-row waterfront living experience. The development draws inspiration from world-renowned coastal destinations such as South Beach (Miami), Jumeirah (Dubai), and Seminyak (Bali), while embracing the exceptional natural beauty of Ha Long Bay, Vietnam’s UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site.

The groundbreaking ceremony of the Aria Bay Ha Long Project, coinciding with the celebration of CENTRAL’s 9th anniversary, marks a particularly meaningful milestone for the Company’s BOD and all employees.
