Recently, the investor consortium Becamex Tokyu (Japan) officially announced the launch plan for Midori The Nest, located in the Science and Technology Urban Area in Northern Ho Chi Minh City. This is a distinctive apartment project targeting the young generation segment and is being constructed by CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company as the general contractor.

Becamex Tokyu is a joint venture between Tokyu Corporation (Japan) and Becamex IDC (Vietnam), established with the vision of developing urban areas in Binh Duong New City (1,000 hectares), including residential, commercial, and transportation complexes within the integrated “TOKYU Garden City.” In alignment with the investor Becamex Tokyu’s philosophy of creating refined, high-quality, and healthy living environments, CENTRAL focuses on delivering excellence in every construction activity, maintaining the value standards set by the investor through the capabilities of a leading construction contractor in Vietnam.
At Midori The Nest, CENTRAL undertakes the role of general contractor for a development comprising two 25-storey towers, expected to offer apartment units ranging from 35 to 117 sqm, featuring optimized layouts and integrated amenities that meet the living, working, and recreational needs of young residents.
According to the latest update from the project management team: Tower H7 has reached the structural stage of Level 4 Floor; Tower H5 has reached the structural stage of Level 3 Floor. All construction areas are arranged in an open and organized manner to ensure construction quality

From the early stages of project implementation, preparatory works such as site logistics planning, mobilization of manpower and equipment, and deployment of safety measures were carried out promptly and systematically, meeting stringent Japanese standards. With quality and efficiency as guiding principles, CENTRAL proactively allocates resources, leverages its deep construction expertise, and combines local site understanding to implement optimal technical solutions for each work package. The entire construction process is strictly controlled through a rigorous quality management system to ensure compliance with high technical standards while maintaining efficient project progress.

Beyond maintaining a well-organized construction site, CENTRAL also ensures that the project management office is arranged scientifically. All workspaces follow strict organizational standards, ensuring cleanliness and order, while documentation is systematically managed and properly stored to optimize retrieval efficiency, save time, and enhance overall productivity.

The introduction of Midori The Nest is expected to contribute meaningfully to addressing urban housing challenges in a practical and human-centered approach, while laying the foundation for a modern and sustainable living model for future generations. With strict acceptance requirements from the Japanese investor Becamex Tokyu and the supervision consultant Bureau Veritas, CENTRAL’s PMB is committed to achieving the shared goal of delivering the project in line with safety – quality – schedule – efficiency, meeting all expectations from the developer.
Participation in the project is also a source of pride for CENTRAL, as it continues to partner with Becamex Tokyu in creating a distinctive development where construction quality is harmoniously integrated with refined architectural language. Beyond affirming CENTRAL’s capabilities, the project also contributes to enhancing the position of Vietnam’s construction industry through internationally standardized developments.
