On the morning of March 17, 2026, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company in collaboration with the developer Dai Phuoc Swancity One Mea, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the Oasia SwanBay Villas Project – Sumi & Miyabi Sub-zones, located within the SwanBay urban area on Dai Phuoc Island, east of Ho Chi Minh City.
The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Developer, supervision consultant, CENTRAL’s PMB, along with partners, subcontractors, and construction crews.

Surrounded by the Saigon River on all sides, the Oasia SwanBay Villas Project – Sumi & Miyabi sub-zones are considered the “final piece” in shaping the premium SwanBay urban development. Strategically positioned at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City, adjacent to former District 2 and District 9, the project benefits from strong connectivity to Long Thanh International Airport, National Highway 51, and major expressways including Long Thanh – Dau Giay and Ben Luc – Long Thanh.
