Previously, in May 2025, during an official visit to Viet Nam, Mr. Yoav Ben Tzur, Minister of Labor of the State of Israel, together with Ambassador Yaron Mayer, met with Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh, leaders of the Ministry of Home Affairs, and representatives of CENTRAL.

The meeting took place in a special context, as no bilateral labor cooperation agreement had yet been signed between the two governments. With the aim of strengthening bilateral relations, H.E. Mr. Yaron Mayer, Ambassador of Israel actively facilitated exchanges between relevant authorities of both countries and advocated for the Vietnamese Government to consider granting a special and unprecedented mechanism allowing CENTRAL to deploy engineers and workers to Israel.

After nearly 3 years of persistent negotiations and coordination, with close support from the competent authorities of both countries, CENTRAL became the first and only enterprise to be granted a license by the Government of Viet Nam to send workers to Israel (License No. 3191/SNV-VLATLĐ, dated September 11th, 2025). This historic decision not only marks a significant milestone for CENTRAL, but also lays an important foundation for both governments to further evaluate and the labor cooperation framework, opening new opportunities for trade and workforce collaboration between Viet Nam and Israel.

This pioneering milestone provides inspiration and a solid premise for Vietnamese enterprises and workers to confidently participate and operate in the Israeli market in the coming years, while affirming CENTRAL’s credibility, capability and proactive role in international integration.
