Among the inspected projects, CENTRAL Construction JSC is currently executing the Phan Dinh Phung Sports Arena Park Project, under the management of Phat Dat Real Estate Development Corporation, located at No. 8 Vo Van Tan Street, Xuan Hoa Ward. The project site holds a particularly strategic position, featuring four frontage roads in the city center, namely Vo Van Tan – Nguyen Dinh Chieu – Nam Ky Khoi Nghia – Pasteur.

According to the implementation plan, the entire internal area of the site is undergoing comprehensive cleaning and urban upgrading, while the surrounding sidewalks along adjacent streets are also being renovated to create a clean, open, and pedestrian-friendly space with an average width of 4.0–4.4 meters, serving walking, exercise, and community activities during the Lunar New Year and beyond. The internal landscape is divided into multiple work packages, including construction works, lawn installation, and tree planting. For greenery, existing large trees are preserved, cleaned, and treated, while additional large-sized trees are planted to enhance and harmonize the overall landscape.

Amid an accelerated construction atmosphere, dozens of workers along with machinery and equipment are actively engaged in site clearance and ground improvement. According to CENTRAL’s PMB, the project has currently achieved approximately 40% completion. With this progress, the project is expected to be completed and handed over within January, prior to the Lunar New Year.

As the main contractor, CENTRAL considers this project a work of significant social importance, receiving high expectations from both city authorities and local residents. Initially planned for completion within 30 days, the schedule was compressed to just over 15 days to ensure timely service for the Lunar New Year. Construction activities are carried out in multiple shifts nearly 24/7, with several work packages executed overnight. On average, nearly 100 workers are present on-site during the day, while 40–50 workers continue operations at night.

Project signboards have been installed at all corner intersections

Due to construction along sidewalks on all four frontages, tree protection and surrounding area safeguarding measures are implemented simultaneously. Hazardous areas are fenced off, and any affected sections will be fully restored upon completion. Once the project is finalized, all fencing will be removed, creating an open-access public space allowing residents to approach the park from multiple directions. A portion of the site will also be reserved for community, cultural, and charitable activities organized by local authorities.

CENTRAL is honored to participate in the construction of the Phan Dinh Phung Sports Arena Park Project, contributing to the efficient utilization of urban land resources in accordance with the city’s directives. The project not only helps prevent land vacancy and resource waste but also plays an important role in urban beautification, increasing green coverage and expanding public spaces to serve residents’ daily life, festive activities, and major political–cultural events.
