CENTRAL SIGNS MOU FOR TWO LUXURY HOTEL PROJECTS IN RIYADH, SAUDI ARABIA

September 29th, 2025 — During the official visit of Saudi Arabia’s Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, H.E. Mr. Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef, to Vietnam, a high-level meeting was held with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son. The meeting took place in a spirit of friendship and openness, reflecting the deepening political trust and shared ambition to strengthen comprehensive cooperation between the two nations. Deputy Prime Minister Sơn emphasized Vietnam’s commitment to advancing bilateral relations, creating opportunities for expanded collaboration in energy, industry, labor, trade, and particularly in construction and infrastructure.

Since late 2024, Central Construction Joint Stock Company (CENTRAL) has steadily expanded beyond Vietnam’s borders, marking its presence in new international markets. In the Middle East, CENTRAL has notably taken part in the finishing works for the Sumou Twin Towers project in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia—comprising 71 and 63 floors—located in one of the most vibrant cities on the Red Sea coast. The project has earned praise from international stakeholders, underscoring CENTRAL’s capabilities, professionalism, and reputation as a Vietnamese contractor operating in one of the most demanding construction markets in the world.

At a key event held during the diplomatic visit, CENTRAL signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to cooperate on the development of two luxury hotel projects in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. These projects are owned by THEED TOWER Company, a member of HOMOUD ALTHEEB HOLDING. The signing ceremony was witnessed by Minister Bandar Ibrahim Alkhorayef and Mr. Pham Tan Cong, Chairman of the Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI). This MOU signifies a major milestone not only in CENTRAL’s journey toward global expansion but also in fostering stronger ties between Vietnamese and Saudi business communities, under the guidance and support of both governments.
