Da Nang, June 30, 2025 – In a remarkable show of coordination and execution, Central Construction Joint Stock Company (CENTRAL), in collaboration with leading developer Sun Group, successfully held two major ceremonies on the same day in Da Nang: the Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sun Costa Residence and the Topping-Out Ceremony of Sun Symphony Residence – Tower B1.1.
These back-to-back events not only highlight CENTRAL’s outstanding project management and execution capabilities but also reaffirm the strong, ongoing partnership between Sun Group and CENTRAL in delivering landmark developments across Vietnam.
Groundbreaking Ceremony of Sun Costa Residence – A New Benchmark for Coastal Living
Strategically located at the intersection of Ho Nghinh and Vuong Thua Vu Streets in Phuoc My Ward, Son Tra District, Sun Costa Residence is envisioned as a new icon of vibrant urban living near My Khe Beach. The project comprises two 25-story towers and three basement levels, with a total gross floor area exceeding 62,000 m². CENTRAL has been entrusted as the general contractor, responsible for the full scope of structural works and finishing.
This marks CENTRAL’s second project in Da Nang and the ninth project awarded by Sun Group—a clear testament to the contractor’s technical expertise and unwavering commitment to quality between the two big brand in construction and real estate industry.
At the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh – Regional President, Central Region, Sun Group, remarked: “Sun Costa Residence stands as a defining mark along Da Nang Bay, where we successfully sold all 600 units within just two hours. Topping-Out Ceremony of Sun Symphony Residence – A New Symbol of Architectural Excellence
Concurrently, the Topping-Out Ceremony of Tower B1.1 of Sun Symphony Residence also took place that morning. Located on Tran Hung Dao Street along the Han River, the project is considered a rare gem at the convergence of three bustling districts. Designed as a trio of twin towers rising 24 to 30 floors, the project will deliver approximately 1,300 premium apartments—set to become a new icon of artistic urban living in Da Nang.
Speaking at the ceremony, the representative of the Investor, Mr. Nguyen Van Binh – Chairman of the Central Region, Sun Group Corporation, said: “The contractor CENTRAL and related units have made great efforts to complete the construction ahead of schedule, ensuring the topping-out time as committed.
