University of Engineering and Technology – Vietnam National University – Hanoi
University of Technology (Phase 1) (WB/VNUHN/CW/03) is under the Vietnam National University Development of VNU-Hanoi.
The project is being constructed on an area of 887.9 hectares and utilizes credit funding from the World Bank. The total investment for Vietnam National University – Hanoi (VNU-HN) amounts to 123.18 million USD, equivalent to 2,894 trillion VND.
Vietnam National University – Hanoi, once officially operational, will become a symbol of the most modern and smart green university urban area in Southeast Asia. The university has invested in many prominent facilities such as lecture halls, libraries, indoor and outdoor sports areas, cafeterias, dormitories, and green landscape areas.
Once completed, the project will meet the educational needs of 4,400 students, aligning with the strategic vision of the UET. It aims to position the university as a leading research university in science and applied technology in Vietnam, meeting the core standards of advanced research universities across Asia. In particular, several programs and disciplines will meet international benchmarks, making significant contributions to the nation’s industrialization and modernization efforts.
Singapore International School
Singapore International School Hai Phong is an inter-level education and training complex from kindergarten to high school, expected to be one of the largest campuses of KinderWorld in Vietnam, the school will offer educational services to some 1,500 students from pre-school to high school levels.
Nam Thai Urban Area
The project with the commercial name is Square City Urban Area, with a total investment of about 2,250 billion VND, located in a prime location associated with the regional traffic axis, connecting the provinces of Vinh Phuc – Bac Giang – Tuyen Quang, Ring Road 5 of the Hanoi Capital. This is the first project to attract non-budget investment capital to start construction in the Nam Thai Urban Area complex, planned by Thai Nguyen Province into the most Green – Modern – Smart – Technology – Livable urban area in this area as well as neighboring provinces.
Vaquarius Van Giang
Vaquarius Van Giang is designed in a modern architectural style by NDA Group (France) – the world’s leading design consultancy. The project is inspired by ancient cultural folks, using images of Northern villages as materials to recreate a creative and beloved living space located in the center of Van Giang town.
The project with more than 50% of the land area is greenery, the water surface is interspersed between the houses, so it is ensured that each villa is always filled with natural light and wind. Hence, the residents feel that nature is in harmony with the living space.
CYBER SECURITY COMPLEX CENTER
The E2/A5 office building is a project invested in comprehensively and particularly by the Department of Cyber Security and Hi-tech Crime Prevention.
