On January 17, 2025, CENTRAL Construction Joint Stock Company held the 2025 Year-End Review Conference at Thiskyhall Sala, Thu Thiem, Ho Chi Minh City.
The conference took place in a formal yet warm atmosphere, gathering more than 800 employees, together with the valued presence of Southern-region labor subcontractor partners and many special guests closely associated with CENTRAL.

Through a recap film highlighting achievements in 2025 and future directions, alongside notable breakthroughs in the journey of expansion across three synergized sectors: Infrastructure – Investment – International Markets, CENTRAL continues to firmly position itself in its core business field as a Civil Construction General Contractor, a role it has upheld since its founding days.

A highlight of the event was the presence of Mr. Tran Ba Duong, Chairman of the Board of Directors of THACO Group, and Prof. Dr. Mai Thanh Phong, President of Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology (HCMUT), together with other long-standing distinguished guests. They are respected seniors who have continuously encouraged, advised, guided, and closely followed CENTRAL’s development journey, placing special trust in the company.
Over the past year, CENTRAL has implemented a strong restructuring process, streamlining operations and thoroughly decentralizing authority, decisively emphasizing the role of each unit leader, clearly defining responsibilities for every individual and department, and strictly avoiding overlaps.
Speaking at the conference, Mr. Tran Quang Tuan – Chairman of CENTRAL, shared:
“I believe that a strong organization is not built on ranks or titles, but on the responsibility and courage of each individual. The achievements we have today are the result of the steadfast determination and relentless efforts of the entire CENTRAL team – supported by a flexible governance model, a disciplined and resilient workforce, and a consistent professional philosophy: regarding every project as the investor’s honor and our own professional commitment. If there is one thing that makes me most proud this past year, it is not the number of projects, but the maturity of the CENTRAL team. From engineers on site, site management teams to staff across all departments – you have adapted faster, worked with greater discipline, and developed deeper thinking.”

”As one of the most closely connected special guests and CENTRAL’s partner in the Taiwan market, Ms. Tsui Tracy – CEO of HONHUI Group, shared:
“We firmly believe that with CENTRAL’s participation and support, we will together create many more landmark projects in Taiwan and across Asia — projects that represent Vietnam and CENTRAL, under the motto ‘Fast, Faster, Accurate and Effective’. In Taiwan, HONHUI is not only a partner but also a second home for every CENTRAL member. We are fully committed to supporting your work, taking good care of your lives, and valuing and protecting every comrade who comes to Taiwan. Let us engrave the name CENTRAL on iconic projects in Taiwan and conquer new heights together!”
Mr. Chiou Hungchang – Chairman of SUNSEA Construction, a partner who has accompanied CENTRAL since its early days in conquering the Taiwan market, also shared sincere and valuable remarks. He expressed his deep appreciation for the CENTRAL team in Taiwan and conveyed his absolute trust.

The conference was also an occasion to honor and express gratitude to hundreds of labor subcontractors working on projects nationwide.

In addition to honoring outstanding partners, CENTRAL also recognized departments, projects, and outstanding individuals. The greatest “asset” of the company is not only the trust of clients, but more importantly the trust of the CENTRAL team, who have stood side by side through challenges to achieve today’s success.

The journey ahead will certainly continue to present challenges; however, with the trust, capability, and resilience that CENTRAL has built together, the CENTRAL team is fully prepared and determined to “STAY FOCUSED – MOVE FASTER” toward a new development cycle.
